Friendly greeting, great service, CLEAN and spacious trendy decor. My meal was fresh and prepared correctly. Tanya the manager was helpful and everything seemed In order. All the staff were well trained a reflection on Tanya's ability to manage. I was impressed and will be coming back.
Ordered…. Asked for extra cheese on cheesy bean and rice burrito…. Got no cheese. Ordered 2 mango teas got one and had to ask for the second one after getting food. Also ordered a Quesadilla had no jalapeño sauce…. Minimal inside ingredients 4 bits of chicken and a sorta handful of cheese that was not melted but the tortilla was almost burnt so gross. Asked for side of sour cream and got a dab see pictures. I’m not normally a Karen but this was a bummer to go on a mini date with my hubby and it was not even close to what we expected. Tried to eat it got through a few bites and it was not worth trying to eat. What a waste of money.
Slowest service ever. Only 3 people ordered and it took over 20 mins to get our food. Seriously what kind of restaurant are you running. We were inside to eat. It will be the last time I come to this address.
How stupid is it that they make you use the one working kiosk to order. No cash. Credit card only. They have a lady standing at the kiosk helping people navigate. She would be better at the f'n register.

The store is out of ice but still wanted to upcharge me $1 for switching from churros to chips on the chalupa box. Manager's curt response was if I wanted to cancel the order. This is the first time I've ever been upset after coming here everyday with my special needs son for 2 years. My money will never be spent at this location again. Diversity and inclusion has gone too far outside of providing hospitality with professionalism!!!
Employees need to be trained on how to do returns from kiosk machines, especially when manager isn't even around. They also need to put signs stating you can't dine in at front door so as a customer i can make the decision to spend money or not. Service just seems to keep degrading at this type of establishments. If you aren't aware of how to do something at least try to ask other employees instead of flat out just saying you can't do that.
I couldn’t keep going without reviewing. This Taco Bell has to be the absolute WORST fast food service I’ve ever been to. I have been going here for years, maybe 1-2 times a month. In the last two months, they’ve managed to give me incomplete orders, sloppy thrown together food (literally looks like someone was throwing the ingredients onto a tortilla from 15 feet away) and they are always annoyed when taking the order. I am sick of this location and their lack of care or common decency to complete a simple order. When I say incomplete order, I mean while items are missing and sometimes and entire meal gets replaced with something I never ordered. It’s common when ordering Uber that this location also refuses to get the order remotely correct. I’ve begun to think it’s a game, how long can they keep stealing money from people by not giving the items to people. They need a serious look at management and staff. The location on Barnes is infinitely better.
