Ordered a Mexican pizza and a burrito. As expected it was lukewarm as that's just normal at Taco Bell. Also asked for 2 or 3 mild sauces.
Left the drive thru and in my bag was 11 mild sauces and 11 hot sauces. ????????
This TB is usually really good. But got the grilled chicken cantina, as I had gotten it before. It had crunchy cheese melted on outside and good amount of filling. What I got today wasn't it. Took it back, said it was correct.. so won't be ordering it again. Also, never get this green packet and believe u pay extra for. Well, I'm going through rough patch where every penny counts and ain't no way this was worth $3.10
The woman up front was amazing and welcoming, the food was great. Truly an amazing experience but it has been raining lately and I had walked in and slipped a bit. That’s no one’s fault but I do recommend putting mats down so there’s less of a chance of the customers slipping at the entrance. Especially since it can be hard to see the caution signs when walking in.
Went for the new grilled cheese dipper tacos and was disappointed. Look at the pictures attached. Made like a regular hard shells taco with the most miniscule amount of meat on the taco. It's ONLY supposed to be beef. Not to mention the melted cheese in the regular wrapper that wasn't even melted to the taco to begin with.
It all depends on the staff and manager working that day. If they sound nice and welcoming at the drive thru, you’re getting everything you ordered +lots of sauce. If they sound like they just got out of jail, you’re getting a used cigarette in your burrito.
Sunday 10am drive thru experience and it's happened like this before.
Begin my order and then I'm told they don't have eggs ready for a breakfast order so they offer their lunch menu.
Either commit to serving breakfast until 11am at this location or forgo it all together so we can save our time and money and drive to Mount Dora instead.
Making eggs is apart of the morning duties and is there even a breakfast item that doesn't have eggs? It just doesn't make sense to me. It sends business away and wastes our time as customers. Mcdonalds still makes eggs even if the crew doesn't like doing it and that's the neighboring competitor. It's a lazy disappointment to an empty drive thru at 10am on a Sunday with them offering tacos instead of breakfast tacos!
This Taco Bell sucks. Ordered two veggie cravings boxes. They didn’t give me my black bean chalupa. My “quesadilla” was a cold tortilla folded in half with a handful of cold cheese inside. Very disappointed. But I’ll probably still go back because I’m broke.
This is the second time I have went to this taco bell to order the new cantina chicken taco. The first time I didn't get it in my bag . Tonight I went again and ordered it and got home and the thing had 3-4 pieces of chicken on it they only grilled the cheese on one side of the shameful taco!
