This place is a absolute JOKE. I can’t believe a place can mess up this bad. I had multiple problems tonight. Starting with it took 20 min wait for a online order. Right off the bat my nacho cheese had chunks of meat and stuff inside of it. Gross! Not mad for dipping chips in. Then I got the new crispy taco and they gave me no jalapeño sauce or chicken. There was nothing to it. It took another 15 mins to get a new taco. How long does it take. I’m the only one in the dining room. This place is horrible. Read the rest of the reviews I’m not the only one. Avoid this place at all costs!
On multiple occasions I have placed an online order and had to wait anywhere from 25-45 minutes after arriving to the store to get that order. Didn't matter if I pick up in store or drive through. Today I sat in the drive through from 12:19 to 12:51 for an online order with 3 items. There whet only 3 cars ahead of me. I look in the bag and everything is halfwrapped and spilling. If you are going yo make someone wait that long at least give them good quality food and service.
It has been 25 minutes and we still haven't received our $20 worth of food. We are the only ones in the dining room. They are prioritizing the drive thru, and are obviously understaffed.
Visited this location 3 times in one week and every single time everything was made wonderfully. Greatest recurring taco bell experience in a long time! Seems like the food is made with care and they even labeled one of the burritos, I've never seen that done before!
What’s up brother ☝????. I come before u today with terrible news. This Taco Bell stole from me something that can never be replaced. My last two brain cells were robbed of me by the crew working at the 20th hour of April 24 2024. Robinhood, Robin who, Taco Bell is in your hood robbing everyone. Fortunately I acted swiftly and grabbed the doordash that was for James and put it on the shelf and demanded the correct order I was doordashing for which was an elegant lady named Kristin. You know they say all hero’s don’t wear capes. Taco Bell I’m not asking for a cape. All I ask for is a lifetime supply of Baja blast. If demands aren’t met Kristin might end up with James order next time ????????♂️
Steer clear of this location. My order consisted of 4 chicken quesadillas, and 2 steak tacos with guacamole. I was given a total of 4 packets of mild sauce, there was maybe a teaspoon of steak in each taco, and a dab of guac at best. The steak and guac are both uncharges to make it worse. The quesadillas had barely anything in them, and 2 of the 4 were not cut and it did not appear that an attempt to cut them was even made. Should've went with my gut and gone to Chipotle.
I worked there and the managers are lazy and ignorant. They scream over the headset so u can't help the customers. It's unprofessional and ran by a famiky who have no idea what they're doing I was fired for throwing away extremely rotten food and was told to hold ur delicious means items for over 8 hours after they expired and serve them to u the next day Noone cleans the lines splattered in taco food under the line is a giant pile of grease and disgusting crumbles off food one of the gurlls is broke and they didn't bother to even cleam the surface of food and debris. They don't take down the taco towers and wipe them down. They close early to pinch money and force closers to do everything so they're family can sit in the office chairs and kt it all happen DONT EAT HERE IT IS FOUL A FORMER EMPLOYEE
Looked as if someone made my soft Tacos, then threw them against the wall, then served. Not just one, all of them. This has happened numerous times. I think I'm done coming to this Taco bell.
