Ordered via DoorDash! Please explain to me why multiple items are missing from my order and why the few items I did receive are treacherous
The person that they have working at the window is stealing card information and using it, thankfully my bank gave me back my money that was lost. Don’t use your card if you’re going to pay for your food there I would recommend using cash because the same thing happened to my brother. We both had to cancel our cards
I ordered through DoorDash four chips and cheese to three softshell taco, combos, a cinnamon twist, and a cinnamon delight. when I got my order and it was delivered, There was no chips and cheese in the bag and no cinnamon twist. I did, however get four free coupons and one of them said sorry out of chips and And cinnamon twist. Taco Bell neglected to tell my Dasher or call me to let me know About the issue. I would’ve rather had just canceled my order considering I paid $52 for my food. Very unprofessional, considering you should always call the customer or find a way to contact the customer about an issue with an order. luckily, I was able to contact DoorDash support and get my money back for the items I did not receive. no, thanks to the workers at Taco Bell in Sterling Illinois.
My order gets messed up literally every time I go. Don't bother adding extra anything to your order cause you'll get the same damn amount anyways. They not only forgot my order I waited like 20 mins only for them to be like "oh you shouldve said something!" ... I shouldn't have to that's your damn job
The person in the drive through was awful. Disrespectful. We ordered number 7 gave us number 5 didn’t ask us to repeat it. Then the curly hair guy said we have to pay again even tho he’s the one who messed up on it. He was trying to make us pay again!! NO normally if they mess up they just refund with the food we actually ordered instead of paying their MESS UP…. Good thing we checked. Didn’t get our number 7 though.Worst service EVER. The guy wasn’t even nice about it. I don’t complain normally but this was just awful.
Chicken taco at 1am was amazing. Usually it's not as good but it was the other night besides the cheesy roll ups the cheese was cold n not melted but my taco was good
Ordered some food tonight for the first time in forever. Well got two steak chalupas cold , even the meat was cold. I mean I know the food service industry is hurting right now but i still expect my food to be warm ????????♀️ I guess at least I got the food I ordered. Also cold cheese for my chips and cheese ????
Cant make any food besides tacos, then when you ask for a beefy five layer with no beans they cant even make that even tho its a taco with nacho cheese and beans. Whole night crew is garbage and should feel ashamed to have such a horrid crew be apart of this company
