Ordered online (which hours are till 3am) when I arrived at 1:10am there was no automated message to tell me they were closed. There were employees still in the restaurant who also did not inform me that they were closed. So instead of just telling me, I waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes. Just to pull up to the window and the employee tell me they were closed. Just change your hours or tell the customers. Absolutely horrendous service and generally why I avoid this Taco Bell.
I came through drive thru tonight and the crew working 2/29/24 around 9pm are awesome! Very friendly, quick & efficient! This is the best service I’ve received from this location! :) Y’all better keep these employees happy because they are exactly what y'all need! :) Thank you again!!
The day crew for this location is great. I've been here multiple times and it really has come a long way. The service team makes the whole process enjoyable. Food is good but the people are better. Nice job Taco Bell!!
Lady at drive thru window just kept complaining about omg just go home and than was telling cars behind they were closed before the time to be closed. They got our whole order wrong. My quesadilla I said no chipotle sauce cuz I can't do spicy and they put extra on it couldn't even eat our meal. Got asked to pull around and she brought it out and threw it at my man into our car window very rude and unprofessional. I will be calling corporate. Avoid this taco bell at all cost. Save ur money.

I had to repeat my order to the employee at the window this morning, he wasn't friendly when I got to the window, he would've let me drive off without my drink if I hadn't said anything, I asked for sauce and it wasn't in the bag, and my Bacon Breakfast Crunchwrap was sausage.
At least the food was hot and tasted fine.
Always triple check your orders here. Didn’t get a taco or a nacho fries on my order. I’ve went in and ordered myself which seems to be the only way to get it right but you might have an employee sleeping on a bench in the lobby .
Rude, did not get my order right on purpose racist against white women. Unprofessional and didnt do their job. I ordered a catina power bowl and they only put rice, beans, a spot of beef whe. I paid extra for it, NO RICE NOT ONE DROP AT ALL, ALL LETTUCE. ITS WAS LIKE A VEGGIE SALAD IT WAS NASTY and cold. Worst tacobell I've ever been too. Do not recommend. And when I called and asked why they purposely didnt make it right the girl lied and got rude and threatened me.
This location was our last attempt to get good quality food from Taco Bell and they definitely hit the mark. Tacos and burritos were full of toppings and delicious! We were about to totally give up on Taco Bell, it seemed to be a waste of money and time for what we kept getting. Thanks Rockville Rd for FINALLY being a great place to eat!
