I feel like this Taco Bell always messes up your order someway or another. I placed my order, the staff was nice and when I get home I go to each my nachos and cheese and there’s literally like 4 maybe 5 chips in the bag. All of my chips were in the bottom of the bag as if they just threw them in. The sad part is that I even ordered 2 cups of cheese.
One of the few fast food places where you can get a full meal for under $10. Good food for reasonable prices.

They have a mobile app where you can place an order ahead of time for dine-in, take out, or drive through. They also have touch screen ordering inside.
The app has a loyalty and rewards program. You can earn points for every order you place.
There are lots of ways to make the meals vegetarian or vegan with customization. The best way to do this is via the app. You can swap items, add items, remove items from your order very easily this way.
There is handicap accessible seating in the dining area. Handicap parking is near the entrance door.
I wish vegetable add-ons didn't cost extra. ????
This location is awful. Over 20 minutes waiting on an order regularly. They have pushed everything to mobile ordering, so the staff doesn’t even acknowledge you standing there. I was looking for a quick dinner and apparently it would have been quicker to go home and cook something.
Service can be slow, they charge a lot for adding sour cream or tomato when they are such cheap products. Did quality is both extremely hot and cold in the same bag. Had one item be piping hot and fresh and the other like it was made 15min ago.
I was picking up 2 Door Dashes this evening from this location. Upon my arrival I felt like I was going to pass out due to my blood sugar dropping. (I haven't eaten anything his 9am this morning.) I spoke with the cashier; Jacqueline, and I told her I was there to pick up 2 Door Dashes, but that my blood sugar was dropping. If I could quick order 2 tacos to try and regulate it? Jacqueline went above and beyond to expedite my order and was very compassionate! The manager should be very proud to have staff like that working for them!
Incorrect order almost every time. Soft tacos instead of hard, hard instead of soft, supreme instead of regular, incorrect sizes, missing tacos, etc. I take the kids here as a treat (since it is overpriced now) but it's hard to say yes to them when it's always wrong.
my first time at this location, the staff is very nice & pleasant. the 2 star isn’t for the customer service. It’s because they gave my online order to someone else, they remade it for me but when i got home, i was missing a couple of items from my order.
This place is okay. Definitely needs work but staff are nice and friendly and I also noticed that even when you special order food they still make it the way they want to make it which makes this place suck a little and once I found hair in my taco. It was really gross they wanted to comp my meal but at that point I was definitely not feeling tacos anymore.
