If I could give 0 stars I would. After having the city get hit with not 1 not 2 but 3 tornados last weekend then now the management has the right mind to force workers to still show up for work while more severe weather is heading directly for the town?? Absolutely disgusting. The manager Hank and his attitude and the way he treats his employees is enough to make me not ever wanna eat here. He needs to be fired if Taco Bell wants majority of Sulphurs business again.
Get rid of your toxic managers and give your crew employees a raise and a bonus.
We used the drive thru for dinner. Ethan and Sho were awesome. They were quick, efficient, and knew how to provide excellent customer service. The order was correct. The food was delicious. It's my favorite Taco Bell.
This location's phone is turned off so you can't call to speak with anyone. I have a special needs child so it's not like I can load back up to the store. I'm mad. this store is a joke! My chalupa is rock hard. I have no teeth. How am I suppose to eat that? Fries are cold. And yet again.... the freeze machine is broke..... go to one of the other 4 Mexican restaurants on town. At least you won't leave the other places in a foul mood for being so blatantly ripped off
I'm not big on Taco Bell but Sulphur Taco Bell is not bad. The night manager is nice, friendly and always smiling. The local hospital staffs loves it when she is working considering the food is always correct. The night manager does a damn good job and we all appreciate her hard work.. She's a manager for a reason. And if she wanted to go work at McDonald's than she would but instead she works at Taco Bell as the night MANAGER!!!
I love the staff that was there last night i got a few things to go last night and one of the managers was so much fun... he had us laughing so hard ????... the food was wonderful...
We went through the drive-thru, so there's really not much in the way of service or atmosphere to rank either category. What I can speak to was the bean burrito I ordered and a regular beef tacos my husband shared with me. The taco was very tasty and fresh...made me wish I'd ordered a couple of tacos of my own. About 5 or 6 minutes was all we spent in the drive-thru lane. ????❤️
Took my wife here for Mother's Day breakfast as she said this is what she wanted. Let me say Ethan W. was amazing! He took our order and my wife wanted some special nacho fries with some items. Ethan had no problems getting the order ready and it was fresh and amazing! Him and his other employee made my wife's mother day breakfast perfect!! Thanks again. You really made our day and my wife was so pleased!
The Sulphur location is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. My order is always correct and super fresh! I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees, but I have to say there is a worker there by the name, Ethan. They are my favorite! An absolute pleasure and I enjoy every interaction!
