Best WLM Reviews
I can't say this is the worst Taco Bell because most of them around here aren't open. The crew here does not speak English and so any interaction is strained and frustrating. They do not carry many of the items on the menu. There is no sign letting you know this so basically you order and then are told that they don't have anything that you want would you take a taco.
This review is specifically for Joseph (or Joey). I come to this location after I get off work, once Joey started working there, when I stop by, its the best part of my night when hes the one who answers at the drive thru. Joey has the best energy and hes the ONLY one I can count on being in a good mood so late at night. He's so genuine, thankful and always has a smile on his face. Most of the time he's the only one there, my order is quick and ALWAYS right. Which I can't say for many fast food places lately. I absolutely adore this human so I hope whoever reads this review, has the opportunity to have Joey greet you on a late night. Keep it up my boy, you're going to do great things in this life.
I ordered off DoorDash, and I ordered 60 fire sauce packets. Now I understand why that’s unreasonable, as the ingredients aren’t free. But here’s the thing. Instead of giving me like, 10, or even 5, they gave me none. NOTHING. I had to eat my miserable meal with NO SAUCE. I GAVE THEM $60 AND THEY TURNED AROUND AND GAVE ME A BIG OL BIRD TO THE FACE. I sincerely hope whoever packaged my order and gave me no fire sauce drops their phone down a sewer drain, where it will only be touched by rats and bacteria. 0/10.
I came here around 6 pm, and my total was $32.09. I wasn't given a receipt which is fine; however, I didn't realize that I wasn't given back my Capital One credit card from a woman with an accent (I do not know her name otherwise I'd say her name). When I came back at 9:45 p.m, I gave a description of my card in the drive thru, since the lobby was closed, and within seconds he says "nah, we don't have it. Sorry bro." He didn't check with the manager, try to look for it, ask for more information, or try to ask who it was that took my order. Then I find that I was charged 46.22 for another order, that I DID NOT order or approve of.
Thank you for absolutely no help with my missing card.
Went to this taco Hell two days ago and it was SO bad. First my order took forever to get even though no one else was even there. Second they messed up on multiple things that I had to correct them on, definitely not falling the receipt correctly. The staff acted so incredibly unprofessional, one of them was screaming some random nonsense over and over when I first walked and then continued to do so after I'd been waiting, along with some of the staff giving me snotty looks while I would smile. Lastly the Food was Ridiculously Terrible there was practically nothing in the burritos or tacos. Absolutely nothing, could hardly taste anything other then the tortilla or hard shell, expect for the mild sauce I had to drown my meal in for any flavor. This was definitely the absolute worst taco bells I've ever been to, The food, the staff, and the environment were all terrible. Never going back again.
Haven't had any problems or issues in the past at this location. Last week I decided to order online with the option Taco Bell gas on their website, it was my 1st and last time I'll use it. I selected to pick up my order at a specific time vs asap, after completing and paying the website changed my order to reflect as asap pickup. My order was a few tacos, a crunch wrap, a grilled burrito supreme and cinnamon twists. When I got to the restaurant my food was sitting waiting for me, my receipt taped to the bag. There wasn't one thing in my order that was correct. I received chips and nacho cheese a gordita, the funny thing is the receipt that was taped to the bag had my correct order on it.
This place is at best a drive through. The window/counter represenative of this location (Jose) with long hair at the window, ignores every walk in customer unless you are picking up for a delivery place. I understand being under staffed, but the customer service here is to be desired. While waiting in line the other person with me went to the bathroom came back and it wasn't for 3 more minutes before I was even acknowledged. I'm happy to wait when you acknowledged that I'm here instead of making eye contact then talking with everyone else. Part of my order was missing and while I could've requested that it be filled other than saying "I'd like the rest of my order" and "thank you" when it was handed to me. I had already been waiting to get my order then was ignored again until about 6 others were behind me. Oh and after waiting for someone to take the order we were told to use the kiosk. So when I was told to ask for my missing part of my order in a specific way for it (was given a specific sentence) I was fed up with this terrible experience. - Saying thank you for finally being able to leave with the rest of the order was basic curtousey to this person who had none. He needs more than 2 others with him to be successful. This location needs more workers, with basics in customer service. I hope not going back to this location which is 2 minutes from where I'm at every other weekend helps this location. Driving across town is worth just being acknowledged as a customer.
10- 15 to be 8am
Went to the drive thru, no one there, went to the window no one there. Waited like 5 min started to honk. In a minute here comes a young lady, I don't know if she was sleeping I asked her is it open she said no we open at 8am. On the window it literally said 7am. So I said it says 7am she looks at it and then says no. I was like ???? and just drove off to mc donalds. I went there because my son wanted to take taco bell for lunch for his field trip.
