Let’s face it. No one goes to Taco Bell for anything real fancy. But there are good ones and bad ones. When looking across the Fox Valley, Oshkosh locations are the only ones I have had decent experiences with. You go to Neenah and you’re lucky if they are open and can figure out how to serve you in less than an hour. Appleton locations you just lucky to not get dysentery or some other bacterial infection because the employees are scrolling their phone feeds in between tacos without washing their hands. Oshkosh, both on Koeller and Murdock are a little better than that. Always get decent service and feel better about the food.
It’s hard because Taco Bells have great food choices but you don’t usually know whether you can trust the food handling process. At least in Oshkosh you have a chance.
Food was cold and I asked to take sauce off of some of my food and they put it on and added even more sauce to the other food. There were no other customers when we went. How do you give us cold food and get my order wrong.
I am highly disappointed. In the snow storm today, my husband stopped at taco bell to grab us a late lunch. He ordered me a chicken burrito. After driving 30 mins home, I realize they gave us a bean burrito. The burrito had refried beans, tomato and lettuce. I called taco bell to let them know and no one would answer. It's snowing so bad, we can't just go drive 30 mins to have the order fixed but for my calls not to be answered either, it's frustrating.
Came in to try the wild naked chicken chalupa. My Hispanic husband loves it, plus he added Diablo sauce to it for extra spice. My favorite is the Mexican pizza. My kids got the freezes, those are always good in the summer. Only down side was most of the tables needed to be cleaned off.
The food was very flavorful and definitely the best taco bell i’ve had in the past 2 year
Last time I went to Taco Bell, I ordered 3 Doritos loco taco meal. Was given wrong soda, no hot sauce, none were supremes like I ordered and They were so old they literally fell apart the shell and all when I opened the packaging. The taste was not good and from the way the tacos looks it didn’t surprise me. I haven’t returned since, Sad thing is I’m okay with that I’ll try taco Johns next time. Just a warning if your feeling like tacos before you visit the Koeller store.
The food was probably the best we have ever had at Taco bell with there being a good amount of things inside each of the 8 different items we bought! Great job & why can't it be this way every time!
So many delicious options and the service is super fast. I never have to wait for my food.
