WORST EVER!! Ordered a (chicken) chalupa combo, one chalupa is missing and the one I received only had meat and sour cream, the crunchy taco is soggy, has no meat only beans lettuce and cheese that’s small & looks old all broken up. And everything is cold cold. No sauce was even placed in the bag. The only thing that came correct was the drink, not to mention how long the order took. This restaurant always messing things up and need to be taken off #doordash ….this food is very unacceptable and garbage!! And the one that’s wrong DONT EVEN HAVE CHICKEN!!!
Yeah, it was shortly after 2 AM. I think and I was very impressed with how the professionalism they took my order. The rapidness I got my food and the politeness at the time of night. Usually when I'm trying and not go to fast. Food places at that time because people either don't wanna do their job and not work. Or don't wanna like they're open. But they just don't wanna work. So they give you some excuse. But every time I've come to this taco. Bell that late at night. They've always been above expectation.
5/15/24 1250ish noon. THIS LOCATION HAS COME A LONG LONG WAY! Food is fresh, HOT, they are kind and fast interactive enough to make you feel welcome but not overwhelming. This is the staff to keep so treat them right management… because there was a time I avoided the location at cost!
Sadly my cheese on my tacos was moist and bloated and nasty on top of the tacos being cold. The nachoes had CRUMBLING (yes crumbings because it was THAT dry) refried beans. I couldn't bring myself to eat the nachoes.
The food smelled like it was spoiled like they left the cheese out or using expired products this not the only time I have been at this location and their food smelled spoiled but the customer service is on point. That the only thing I would change about this location.
Customer service 10/10. Lady at the drive through values her customers and did a good job communicating with the kitchen, at least as far as I could see . My only suggestion would be maybe hiring an extra set of hands during lunch hour, but they seemed to keep it together under pressure.
I went though the drive. I had trouble seeing the board they were so rude about that. I couldn't remember the name of the bowl with chips, meat, sauce and other things. They told me we have cheese and dip. They rudely switch me to the sissy with the long hair he was rude. I figured it out on my own and I apologize they were still rude. I started to wait until I got back to my side of town. Next time I will if you are so unhappy with people, maybe you should try the zoo. Since you people act like animals!!! And I asked for a soft taco with this order they messed it up I believe it was on purpose.
They had me wait in line for 15 minutes behind a croud of people leaning on the counter waiting for their food. I wasn't even allowed to ask for food. Like a major just go away please. So mad, hungry and upset. I use to like taco bell. Now I like making my own at home for ALOT cheaper.
