Food was cold and slopped all over the outside of tortillas. The order was not right. It's usually great at this store. Hastings is usually the issue!
We ordered from kiosk. It was extremely cold inside. Like way too cold. We decided to eat in the car. Bathroom relatively clean. Food was pretty good.
I had put in an online order and when i got there, the entire store was shut down. there was an assistant manager from the clairemont store there and i had already paid for my order but because they had an emergency shut down, the young lady sent me over to her regular store, i told them what happened and they took excellent care of me, there was only two people working and i don't mind waiting on my food as long as i know what's going on, and they did apologize for the wait, plus gave me a coupon for a free taco for the inconvenience. very friendly and nice staff.
Waited in line forever, food was ice cold, and we didn't even get half our order. I recommend going to the next town over if you want your food to be warm or if you actually want everything you ordered. Will not be coming here again!
Waited in the drive thru line to pick up my order for 40 MINUTES WITHOUT MOVING. I’m usually a very patient person because I have worked in fast food, but this was absolutely ridiculous. Cars in front of me were literally cutting through the grass to get out of line it was that bad. I stuck it out because I had already paid. Unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful of customers’ time and money. The reason the staff gave for the wait was that they were short-staffed and had a ton of DoorDash orders, but shouldn’t the customers that are actually at your establishment come first? Just awful.
This five stars is ONLY for Nicole at the Craig Rd location. (Forgive me if I'm spelling your name wrong). I had ordered a delivery order from this location. Initially when I got my order, the only thing I noticed was that half of my drink was missing. After first just calling to ask about a refund (DoorDash had told me to call the store, I think they meant corporate though), Nicole was very kind and told me I could come by for a free drink in the next few weeks. After the phone call, I started eating and noticed the food was off as well, so I decided to go to the store just to see if possibly it could be remade. Nicole was INCREDIBLY polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to make everything right. I no longer need a refund and I also got the right food - Nicole made sure everybody won! I seriously cannot thank her enough for making the whole situation a lot less frustrating.
Got my order wrong and the tacos in the bag were not even wrapped right. Broken apart and thrown in bag..worthless
They were really on top of things, even though they were super busy, ( lunch rush) the workers were nice people. They even broke my change for me as I really needed two 5's. Most places get crabby, especially when they are slammed like they were! My order was perfect! Hot & delicious ???? keep up the fantastic work! Thank you ????
