Please don’t stand the pizza up in the bag or if you do please hand it to me correctly so my pizza toppings stay on. I asked and paid for sour cream but got none on anything I ordered it on. Want back again. Would have been three stars if the food would have been at least warm. It was all cold and tossed in the bag so half the items had come out of the wrapper. Disappointing.
I will start by saying I've never had an issue from the day crew here, they are wonderful. The night crew however is a bunch of slackers, because they have never once got my order correct. They obviously do not care and honestly they all need to be fired or be taken through another round of training. Read the screen, make the food, put it in a bag, and send it out.
By far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I asked for a side of rice and they gave me a micro container that normally would have sour cream in it of rice, legitimately 1 tablespoon. when asking the manager he claimed this is the new normal. Pathetic. Not to mention they forgot the beef on my wife’s burrito supreme.
The only positive thing I have to say is the young gentleman who works there who brought me the properly portioned rice for $2.19. Never coming back to this pathetic establishment. They can never get orders right, lack of customer service, and it’s never clean. Take your money to somewhere else.
Tonight’s crew was PHENOMENAL!! First of all, I completely missed the time on the door and walked into the lobby after it was closed. They had a bus in the lobby and a line across the parking lot and they still served me in a kind and timely manner, on top of my burrito being correct for the first time in weeks. Absolutely SLAYED
Very disappointed in this location. I tried to go through the drive thru on the 23rd of April around 10:15 pm and I was denied service. I went to order my food at the speaker and I was told that they are behind and they are not able to take orders. There was only one car in front of me which was able to order food. I would of been fine if they told me if there was a 15 minute wait or something, but no, it was sorry we can't take any more orders at this time because we are backed up and short staffed. Not great customer service. Ended up going to McDonald's... At least they were able to take orders while they were open!
Worst taco bell ive ever been to. Staff doesn't care at all. Food is always wrong if not missing. And my delivery was stolen. Do not eat here!!!!! This place needs a change in management stat.
Music was too loud for sure. Food... well I mean it's taco bell so... you know quick. However it was fresh, so that was a nice change. Worst part of the whole experience, there some sort of liquid spilled by thr counter and I am a large individual and I almost slipped, caught myself though so that wasn't too horrible. Best part was the manager on duty, Joseph. One of the nicest people there. He was so kind and helpful. You can always always always tell when there is a good manager on duty at any establishment! It just shows throughout the entire staff, honestly not a taco bell fan but would definitely go back there just because the manager on duty was kind!
Best Taco Bell so far in this entire state. They actually put the right proportions in the food ordered. Taco supremes came loaded properly as well as the bean burritos. The refried beans were actually cooked instead of having that shelly texture.
