I always go in and I love their customer service. Tracey is awesome. I drive from Banning to Rialto because I get treated like a queen each time I go there. Some one told me once if you like the service tip them good so they will remember you. I have been going there for 15 years. ????????
I got a manicure and my real nails started to disconnect from the dip within a few hours. I went back the next morning to get it fixed and it seemed like the lady hurt me and broke my nail on purpose. All my nails disconnected from the dip in less than a week. Never going back.
I am obsessed with this place! Hannah and Troy are so professional and kind. Hannah gives the most amazing pedicures- with massage to die for. The atmosphere is so peaceful and clean! Troy's nails are so artistic and the shape is on point! If you go you won't be disappointed! I own a lash studio and refer all my clients!
Did not stay to for service.Immediately after walking in, we noticed debris, cigarette butts, etc on the floor. It looked like the wind swept in debris...but why not clean it? How clean are their tools and equipment, if they can't even sweep the entrance? My daughter also saw them drop a pumis stone on the floor and pick it up to continue scrubbing a customer's foot. We were like, we good, and left.

Recently went to get my nails done with 2 others here and everything was fine I thought but I realized the nails were tooooo think like barely any product on that some nails would bend and one came completely off by the 4th day that’s when I seen just how thin they were. I feel like they were in a rush to get us out. Sadly I didn’t take pictures since I wasn’t sure i was going to write a review. :/
I had the worst experience ever! My sister and I visit this nail shop on 2/13/21 and the services was horrible...They kept trying to tell us what would look best for us and not doing what we was paying them for...They overcharged me( they said my nails was 50$ feet was 36$ but charged my card $94 ! two nails broke the same day , because they wanted to be cheap and use less nail powder then possible! one lady named Jane was taking off my old nails and ripped the corner of my nail and skin off , where I began too bleed!
