I went to LMV hair and nail salon on Sunday. The nail text did a horrible job. My nails was lumpy and uneven, the black nail picture below. My friend referred me to Happy Nails to see if they can re do nails. My nail tech, Tammy did a fabulous job. With the same set, she refilled, reshaped and repolished my nails, the mauve colored picture below. Not only did she fix my nails but she calmed me down because I was so upset of what LMV tech did to my nails. Tammy thank you much for being a wonderful person and a awesome nail artist. I am definitely going back in 3 weeks to see her.

Although, I am very picky when my nails are done because I paint my nails myself, I went in with a positive mind set and I was very pleased.

The place was busy, even though I made an appointment, but I had a man work on my gel manicure and a lady did my gel pedicure. I enjoyed the massage on both feet/legs and my hands/arms. I would definitely go back here again.

Right now they are asking customers for cash at the end of the appointment and it's a little uncomfortable. Also to top it off they have increased the price and the products and services they provide are inadequate. My friend and I went recently, she paid 75 for a full set. Her index finger nail came off after 6 days and she doesn't work a job that is tough on her hands. My mother and daughter went there a couple days later to get there toes done and my mother said they were rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there. They have lost our business. I will say Tiffany is amazing though. If she had her own salon I would be going to her place!

Always a great experience! David takes great care of my nails every time and likes to encourage me to try new things (other than the classic pink and white that I usually get). Pedicures are usually really nice, too. Holly did a great job on my last pedi! She was very gentle and painted a super cute design on my toes!

David did my nails perfectly. A week into my full set, so far so good!

The men and women here are polite and conscientious about what you want. The customer service is superb. The work performed is of good quality and texture, exactly geared for your personal preference. In addition the prices are comparable to other shops but unlike “those” shops you will not have the personalized service you get here! I highly recommend this location opposed to the other sister chains as this is a better location and quality of work, along with the clientele hands down a relaxing experience.

Horrible experience spent 200 and nail broke the next day went to get it fixed instantly the lady that did my nails started speaking chinese to other co worker showing attitude and aggression. i said i can come back saturday she said no monday. customer so bad had to tell her I left extremely upset
