Food was good..my Senegalese husband said like back home.
Ordered some fish and rice here through Takeaway. First of all, the restaurant took extra long to prepare it so in my mind I imagined I would be getting some delicious and fresh food. What a disappointment. Not only was it late, it was beyond disgusting!
The fish was clearly burnt (see the photo) and the rice managed to taste rotten and burnt at the same time. It must be days old and reheated with the bottom burning so much the smell of smoke has gone into every kernel of rice. I took one spoonful of rice and had to spit it out. I guess the delay was the cooks figuring out how to ruin such a simple meal.
Total waste of money. Food so inedible I wouldn't even give it to my dogs... straight into the garbage!
The food prepared by this wonderful lady is just top. If you want to try an African dish, drop by when in Antwerp.
I add a delicious plate of tchiep and the owner is just a gem

Food was on point. The staff member produced us delicious drinks, food and service. Only little problem is that the menu card was in French and not in English or Dutch. Would be handy for other people to get a better look at this tasteful restaurant (Senegal cuisine).
