Worst acrylic fill in I've ever had! This was the first time I have ever been to Star Nails. I read a couple reviews online and checked out their work on Facebook and it seemed decent enough. The shop is very small and there where only 2 "nail techs" working there. I had to listen to the man who did my nails tell terrible jokes, making fun of Asian people, for the 2 HOURS it took him to do my fill in. His wife came in when it was time for me to get my nails polished and decided to take over. I went with the gel polish. The UV light was very old and the lady was more interested in scrolling through her cell phone than tending to me. I took my hands out of the dryer numerous times because it was very hot (which I told her about more than once) and she simply kept losing track of the time while my hands were in there. The acrylic on my nails was very uneven and the polish job looked like a 3 yr old did it! Not to mention the gel wasn't cured on 2 of my fingers and they were a sticky mess. I had to go somewhere the next day and get them completely redone! Would not recommend this place to anyone!
Very social and relaxing place
Owners are nice. But the tanning beds are old. It takes a while to get tan. I shouldn't have to go to a tanning bed everyday. But here u do b/c the bulbs are not strong. Personally I think they need to be replaced.
The owner Cindy is very rude. She told me to get out after she wanted to charge me to add more Acrylic to my nails. I've been dealing with this place on & off since 2002. We've had some conversations in the pass, so she knew about my mental health situation. So when putting me out she called me Retarded, and was trying to fight me. She plays sweet and Innocent but she is low key evil.

Always a smiling face! As you are greeted at the door you know you are welcome. The creativity that these ladies display is untouched!! No one compairs! I never walk away disappointed & I get compliments from the first day my nails are done up until the day it's time for me to return for a new service! I'm always looking forward to going back!!
I called to make an appointment and she said they weren't busy so come on in. I was there 10 min and another girl came in who wanted butterflies that giel tried to get her dad to do my nails cause she wanted to do the butterflies. He wouldn't so she hurried me through. Disappointed. Won't be back. She was so mad she told me to get my hair done and eat seaweed salad for all my wrinkles
