Clean and cosy place, and welcoming staff. We ordered spicy chicken and signature burgers, French fries, crunchy chicken dips and sweet potato fries. All was so tasty with very good chicken meat. Staff is very nice and friendly. They also gave us warm bottle water upon request. It wasn’t crowded on Sunday evening. Recommend.
If you are looking for an excellent burger, then this is the place. The burgers are just how they have to be (perfect balance between the meat, cheese, bread, seasoning,
and vegetables). The french fries and onion rings are great too. The place is very clean and the service is very fast. They also have a takeaway service. Prices are lower than similar places in Waterloo.
My husband and I travelled the world, and ate many burgers all over … in Waterloo this is the best burger place! Short menu that usually speaks for high quality meals, and we were right! We both ordered the smash burger signature “normal” and added bacon. Very tasty! Just perfect. The fries were delicious also, fresh grease and perfect fried. Also ordered the crunchy chicken dips and we liked them also. Overall a very good burger joint !
Second time here for this week! First time my wife and I ordered two normal smash burger signature with bacon, side of fries, chicken dips & sauce. Very delicious, fresh and made to order. This time I ordered the spicy chicken ranch burger and wow I loved every bite. The chicken is fried perfectly! My wife ordered the same as last time and loved it so much as well. We tried also the milkshake - everything is homemade. Sad we are moving, wished we would of found this place earlier.
There is a reason we come here every Friday . With all the Burger places in Waterloo and the high competition this is the nicest staff and the most delicious burgers. At a different level
Very friendly staff, who make you feel welcome. The burgers are sadly drowned in sauce, the Cole slaw is too sour and the chips are nothing special.
Absolutely delicious! Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve tasted. Will definitely be returning for more taste thrills!
Nice place, friendly service, but I just found the chicken burger quite bland.
