This is the worst experience ever in Royal Salon. I had an appointment with Malek and to be honest I don't know who is Malek when I booked an appointment cause there was no picture when you book your appointment. This guy doesn't know the word of English and didn't know the hairstyles as well.. Kindly, tell your employees to ask customers did they booked an appointment with someone. In my case I had an hair+beard appointment but my.hair looks rubbish so after the haircut I left!! I don't know what else do I have to say!!
Ahmad is hands down the most talented barber in all of Paterson. He's gone to barber school and it shows through his professionalism. Before he even cuts my hair, he makes sure to take his time in understanding what I want. He's always on time, and makes it easy to book appointments through his instagram @hairabu_ weeks in advance. He goes above and beyond for his clients from complimentary wax and face scrub services, to simply taking his time to cut their hair and never rushing.

It’s a great place. The barbers are really good at what they do very serious with how the cut is looking if there is a spot that they missed they sit you right back down to clean that area. Very generous people.

First time and probably the last. Let me say barber is good. They're extremely nice and they do a good job. Owner on the other hand is rude and their prices are expensive. Was talking to the owner and he simply turned around and started talking to someone else ignoring me. Even if I didn't mind the price, the owner could have done better. I give credits to the barbers for their good job though.
I’ve been going to this place for many years. The service, the price, and haircut is excellent and consistent. There’s a reason why they’ve been in business for the amount of years. They have a very strong and loyal customer base (even out of state customers). Highly recommend to check out Ahmed in the first chair.
i dont even know where to start these people are very dirty my son got ringworms all over his head and ontop of all that you people skipped him 3 times very unprofessional
