Today i went there for a simply blow dry abd this new guy name Michael just damage and burn my hair,he was using a small brush to curl the end of my hair and he overheated my hair I just got home and noticed unís burn .Never again.I told him and he got upset he said he does not use iron and he is new .Very disappointed.he spent 1 1/2 hour doing this. Iam crying and Iam very sad to see this damage.

Morgan did an amazing job with helping me get my interview appropriate hair color! I have been doing Vibrant colors for the last couple months but needed a more natural color. And boom she got the color perfect and had me looking perfect for interviews! Morgan your a rockstar!

On the same day, they gave me bleaching and dyeing twice. Now, when I wash my hair, I have lost a lot of hair. When I comb my hair, I also lose a lot of hair. They cut my burnt hair. Lost, my hair is like a hay, I don't dare to comb, the salon staff called me, they said to fix my hair, but they just gave me a Conditioning Treatment for free, the second time they called I, I went to do it again, but they charged me $50. I feel cheated. This salon is really scary. There is no apology. If you want to ruin your hair, you can choose here. This is a very Terrible experience, I want to share these photos for everyone to see

I went to this salon to fix my hair because I tried to dye it at home blue, which I almost achieved but was not even. The professiona try to make the blue even and ended up being terrible. The result was worse than what I got there because I had yellowish areas in the inside, she only left the product for 20 minutes in my hair. In addition to that the young woman who attended me told me that blow drying cost $30 and in the end they charged me $55. I told her that I also wanted my eyebrows done but in the end I said that I did not want the service but they charged me anyway. This was at the end of May, I called multiple times to get my money back for the eyebrow in addition for the extra $15 they charged me for the hair drying because they are thieves; giving fake prices. I DO NOT recommend this place. I never received the money back in my account and I have how to prove that, and my hair end blue thanks to a friend from Puerto Rico who told me how to do myself and I did few days later and I have a lot better result. Thank you for the good intention to help but I am not going to risk putting my hair in your hands.

Do not waste your time and money here. This is what hair stylist Janyce did to my dress. Completely ruined with bleach. She also failed to match my reference picture. Coming here was such a disappointment and I would not recommend it to anyone!!

I’ve used this salon a few times. I've never had the same stylist cut my hair twice because they stop working there. Their phones must not work because I have to call the Altamonte store, and they take a message for Lake Mary to call me back. Overall, I return because the quality of cuts for curly hair is slightly better than the corporate chop shops. The last stylist, however, was rude and hurtful about my coarse, curly hair because she thought I was using grocery store products, which I don’t. I tried to call today for a cut, and of course the phones don’t work. Maybe that’s fate telling me to find a better salon.

Scheduled A package with roots, highlights, and blow dry. First visit and my stylist called out sick. Peyton was super busy but told me if I was patient she would work me in. Took a bit longer but she did a really great job and she was double booked so I completely understand. I would recommend Peyton she did great with my hair!

Stopped in as a last minute decision. Haven't had a hair cut in well over a year. B was gracious enough to take on the challenge. Not realizing that were closing in 45 minutes when I came in, they easily could have said there was no one available for a walk-in. I had her cut 12 inches and it turned out beautifully. My hair is super thick and she took the time to ad layers and thin it out. Thank you B for giving me a bouncy head of hair.
