Joanne is amazing. My daughter said that I look 10 years younger because of my new hair cut ????♀️. I also took my mom there for haircut. She loved it too. 100% satisfied.
I had such a great experience at this salon. I went to get eyelash extensions beginning of July. I was greeted with a smile (under a mask) when I arrived and was seen for my appointment right away. The process took about an hour which is expected. Its been 4+ weeks and my eyelashes STILL look great and natural looking! I do avoid getting them wet as much as possible though. They apply the number of eyelashes as you naturally have so you don't have to worry about how many to get. Also they followed all the COVID regulations. Every employee and client wore a mask and they sanitized everything before and after.
I highly recommend getting your haircut here! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to give a professional service. They washed & massaged my hair with shampoo before and after my haircut which was very relaxing. Rich cut my hair and spent over 45 minutes cutting my hair to give me the best experience. The owner Joanne is very pleasant individual as well as always fun to talk to. Check them out!
I love Ceci Salon, and I always request Rich as my hair designer. However, he let the lady, who is an owner, blow my hair last time. Why? I paid $50 for Rich's skills, including blowing my hair, and he let her practice blowing with my hair. I do not want anyone else to touch my hair.
I went in to get eyelash extensions. They look great and the glue has had minimal irritation to my eyes; no complaints there. My complaint is the whole service felt very rushed. I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time and was out of there in 45 minutes for a full set. She was nice enough, just felt as though she was trying to get me out of there.
I came to Ceci Salon without any expectations. During the small gap all businesses were opened, I took the opportunity to come here because my hair was atrocious! I couldn't brush my hair without cringing from all the split ends and knots I had. And mind you, I had just gone to SuperCuts 2 weeks prior. They clearly left me worse. I was so frustrated but glad I wasn't the only one when my hair couldn't be brushed at the salon either. I dont know what the stylist did (the owner of the salon) but he took his time and 1.5hrs later, I felt completely transformed! My hair was brushable again. It felt softer, silkier, lighter, with layers throughout. i could run my fingers through my hair! I could not have been happier elsewhere. The value of this new hair cut was pricless. I felt like me again. I would really recommend coming here. They do value how YOU want to feel at the end of the day!

I have been looking into and researching Micro-Blading for 6 months and came across Ceci Salon where I was introduced to Michelle. Michelle was very helpful and open to all my questions as well as being able to show me a bunch of her portfolio. The process was very simple she made it as comfortable for me as she possibly could although my tolerance for pain is not the same as I was younger. The only thing I could say is ask to have the numbing solution on for at least 40 minutes. No negatives here. I am very satisfied with her work. I will go back to her for touch ups. Thank you Michelle taking such great care on my very 1st microblading.
I go to Ceci to my hair and my 2 teenage boys'. Rich , Joanne and all the team are always service oriented and skillful. If I became a regular customer! Today I just had my first microblade eyebrows done! Highly recommended!!!
