Good place to get a good cup of coffee and espresso-type beverages.
I drove all over Ramstein and the KMC looking for a place to get coffee and use my laptop. This is the ONLY place I've found with a proper WiFi connection that isn't frustratingly slow. It's too bad this place is only open until 1600 because I would be spending all my time here!
Passing through trying to get home. The caramel Macchiato was excellent. Perfect temperature. It was made with care. I’ll come back for another in the morning.
I have come here a couple times for coffee. Friendly and fast service and
good coffee in a convenient location.
Personable, friendly, and efficient employees. They never get my order wrong and have a great drive through service. Yeah, there is a tiny wait but for great coffee, it is worth it. Friendly to all and always service with a smile!
Bettina is the best barista; super sweet and makes my coffee exactly how I like it! They actually have venti cups at this location and there’s never a line.
If I could give zero stars I would. For a place that has a drive thru window service but tells customers they need to park and walk inside in order to be served.
Scenario: Just worked a 12hr shift and want to get a coffee for my husband who is still working his 12hr shift. Pull up and am told straight away that I will be waiting a hot minute bc there’s 5 people in line inside. I am the only vehicle in the drive thru. I’m immediately taken aback bc I was told to go inside last week almost for the same reason except there were FOURTEEN people inside that time!
I’m at a loss for the logic here.
The reason he gave was bc he is the only one working. (But last week there were two on staff) Is it really out of line and that difficult to take two or three orders and work my order (tall americano) in? I’m not saying bump me up to 1st in line but to tell me that I have to park my vehicle and walk in to get served is ridiculous. WHY IS THERE EVEN A DRIVE THRU?
Yes I’ve gone in before when I’ve had more time to spare. Service was still subpar. Especially with the hot sandwiches. My order was given to another customer and I didn’t catch it until I was handed a sandwich I didn’t order.
0/10 Definitely do NOT recommend.
