I’m glad Ricci’s Beauty Supply on Chesnut ave, Vineland, NJ is open later than Beauty supply on Park ave, Vineland, NJ. There are so many products, hair colorings, hair pieces, jewelry and beauty products. Store workers were friendly, nice and helpful.
They didn't have what I was looking for. The store is crammed with a lot of stuff, the parking lot is filthy and the door handles are disgusting.
My only issue is the upsale of things. And need more colors for braiding hair
Very organized and so helpful. I'll be going back. They've been open during the pandy where as Sally's has not. I always try to support the local independent small business community and will continue. Go check em out and have some fun with u our hair!
They sold me a defective can of Mizani Humidity Resistant spray and wouldn't exchange it! I bought it for my vacation and couldn't use it because the tip wouldn't spray. Their store policy is no refunds, but exchanges may be issued with receipt. I bring my receipt and explain the issue, simply wanting an exchange. They kept shutting me down. I was so disgusted! I called the number on the can and they said the store isn't authorized to sell their merchandise, which means they got it second hand. I explained this to the store and they didn't care. The brand company gave me a refund, not the actual store! I'll never shop here again! They are rude and deceptive.
