Best WLM Reviews
I ordered take-out and the food was really good. But unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars for two reasons: first, while the owners were nice they told me over the phone that I could pick up the food in 20 minutes. After I arrived I had to wait for an extra 35 min until the food was ready. Secondly, the portion size was simply too small for the price that I paid. The box with rice wasn't even close to being full. A shame, especially after having been made to wait for so long.
Very nice indian restaurant in the Sint-Joost-ten-Node area. Good ambiance for dining with family and friends. Service is excellent and quality of food is top. We had chicken lollipop, garlic Naan, butter Naan with butter chicken, prawn biriyani, and chicken tikka biriyani. Everything was good and well flavored. We asked for indian medium spicy and we felt the spiciness very much. But it was not just Chilli put on.. they were good spiciness and taste was real good.. cost was little premium, but I would say it's worth it.. ???? must try restaurant if you are indian food lovers..
Typical indian restaurant customized for European standards. Usual menu items like kebab, samosa, madras curry, vindaloo, chicken briyani. Soup was thick and good. Staffs are really friendly and attentive to the details.
Went for dinner. Chicken soup is good, starters panner was not ok , spring roll and samosa is ok, Chicken lollypop is ok, prawn pakodi was not ok, masala papad oilily.Button curry is ok and chicken butter masala was not good. Mango lassi is not good.
Nice atmosphere and the food quality is really good. The dishes have authentic Indian tastes. Place is usually full and sometimes you need to wait to get a seat.
The prices are bit premium compared to the portions of the food.
Positives: The food quality, service and the ambience were all amazing. We ordered different types of dishes and starters: Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Dopiyaza and Palak Chicken and they all tasted really good. The Rangla special lassi was very nice especially with the ice cream inside. Thanks to the brilliant service too, the ladies serving us were very kind and welcoming.
Negatives: The pricing to me seemed pretty high given the portion size! We ordered Pulao for 5 Euros but it was quite less in quantity. Also the special lassi was 9 Euros but almost a bit more of a standard glass.
Overall definitely recommend this place but if the restaurant offers better portions, it would be better.
The food was delicious, authentic, and a true delight for anyone who enjoys Indian cuisine. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was cozy, making it a great dining experience. I highly recommend trying it out if you're in the mood for some flavorful Indian fare in Brussels.
Floored by the attitude. The staff is very very very caring. Offered to return me money when they noticed I didn't take the full dish that I ordered.
So impressed that I am writing this review while am in the restaurant.
I found their chilli chicken to be the best that I had for last many many months. Do visit.
