The business is always clean. The nail technicians are not friendly and the customers are always rushed. I continue to frequent their establishment because the nail technician Wendi does good work. Her designs are amazing but she needs to work on her communication skills.
$43 for regular manicure and pedicure with design. I do take my own nail polish, but it's pretty standard.
Well, this place is local. Not the best however. They dont really pay attention to the whole nail when painting it, a peeve of mine. They are file happy for speed but not detail oriented. Its really sad that most nail salons dont put out quality, just focused on getting you in and out. I did my nails in the pic 3 days ago, its gell with a matte topcoat. Look at my cuticles already?!
This salon has transfer over the years from owner to owner. The employees and owner are rude unfriendly. Walking in, you are not greeted, simply asked "what do you want?" Even the chairs in the establishment is like outdoor chairs. The pervious owner was friendly and welcoming. I don't recommend going someplace you are not treated correctly.
Be prepared to wait. Doesn't matter the day or time lol. They get business. Only good thing is they have two locations next too each other. Decent spot and prices. They do nails for your mini u as well.
The prices increase without any notification. Customer service is extremely poor, particularly when customers are not pleased with something. I have experienced and observed their inability to communicate with a customer and resolve an issue. Maggie is easily irritated.
I absolutely hate my nails. I’m here right now drying a short coffin set that’s none of my nails are the same length. I expressed I wanted them longer over and over. I paid $91 for a gel manicure & regular Short acrylic nails with regular polish. Not worth the price. And she’s rude. I requested an extension and she said no because there’s other people waiting. Did not care about the quality of service. Only about making money.
The acrylic is never too thick they are always shaped perfectly. I wouldn’t go here if I’m trying to get my nails done EXTRA cute but casual look yes especially cause it’s local. My nails always look cute. I’ve been to nail salons where the staff is much more welcoming than this place but I wouldn’t say this place has a bad attitude. & I’m talking about the purple nail salon idk why google shows the red or whatever that is.. hope this was helpful????
