The people at Puppy Toes were friendly and treat my puppy (Bella) very good while she was there for grooming. She smelled and looked good when I picked her up.

I have been taking my small dog here for several years and have always been pleased. However today as I am waiting at the window to pay, I am pretty sure I saw the male groomer grab the small dog he was grooming by the neck. I was so caught off guard and shocked. I should have said something but chose to remain silent just because I was second guessing myself as to what I had seen. Now I have this sick feeling like what else are they doing. I’m not so sure I will be going back. Very disappointed!

I was in need of a good, reliable, well established groomer. After being cancelled on twice, by 2 seperare grooming salons, my 9 month shih tzu-poodle mix was about 4 weeks past due for grooming. He was VERY shaggy and I was actually embarrassed that he was such a mess. They did a fantastic job and did not keep my dog for 6 or more hours! I was thrilled with Dooley's cut. He looks adorable and Puppy Toes has my business from now on! I made another appointment before I left. Thank you so much for taking care of our puppy.
