Was a walk in. I was greeted by staff. Service was ok. My tech was not focused and distracted, she kept looking around, watching the tv, and trying to keep up with conversation without adding to it. She wasn't talking but still distracted by the conversation. I got gel polish on a Thursday and was peeling on Saturday, on several nails. The clear coat was not applied on all the polish. On one thumb half the polish peeled off and had to remove the rest. The other thumb the clear coat cracked. It is very unprofessional to eat in front of any client and on the equipment in a semi sterile field. Add a sterile processing tech I know sterility. Every place get a second chance, that's why customers try bad service again. So, I will repeat service. Also, when you mess up don't place blame on other places or be "snide" to unhappy customers.

Toni is amazing at nails and waxing! They while staff are very friendly and accommodating! I’ve had several friends in with me for pedicures and we have all have an awesome experience!! Love this place!

I posted that a long time ago and still go to this salon every other week! Amazing service, super helpful and friendly nail techs and an enjoyable experience! Go there for a great time with a beautiful nails and toes!

Idk why I came back here after the last time my nails were misshapen and the “apprentice” acted like it was minor, but my graduation was the next day and I came back and boy do I regret it. TORTURE, is the only way I can explain it. I was bleeding so bad that specks of blood was in the polish so she (the short, round older lady with the ponytail) had to repaint it multiple times and kept adding the acetone to remove the polish on several of my fingers. So more pain on top of the abrasions of my cuticles. A week later, and my right thumb probably became infected because pus came out and now it is swollen and bruised. I’m good on this place. Never again, frl this time!!

Never again. Dont have people inexperienced working there. Toni was the only one that knew what she was doing but she was so busy. All my nails have different shapes to them and longer than what i asked for. Plus the acrylic is so lumpy!! For my first time there, my nails speaks volume.

Waited a hour and half, then asked for a cut down a fill in. The nail tech cut my nail with clippers down to my skin. Normally when you get your nails cut down, it’s with the drill so I already know she didn’t know what she was doing. Instead of the owner fixing my nails when finishing her client, she allowed someone else to go ahead of me. I left and will never come to this place again! From sitting so long, it looks like only the owner and her daughter may be able to do a descent job. Horrible service and terrible work!

I got gel nails done for a vacation I was going on 2 days later. The gel nails lasted 2 days into my vacation before peeling off. 4 days of gel nails for $35 and I was left without a manicure for the rest of the vacation. I am very unhappy with this service and will not be back.
