Dr Matt Shelton is an intelligent, considered and very well educated doctor. He has genuine concern and care for his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a doctor who looks at underlying causes rather than just pushing pills to treat symptoms. A man of integrity and expertise.

Dr Matt Shelton is great. He's well versed in functional medicine. he listens, takes a whole person approach and asks really insightful questions. The nurse and reception staff were so lovely and down to earth. This is a old school medical practice using new school models to addressing patient health. Very Cool.
Plimmerton Medical Centre are fabulous. Our family are Dr Matt's patients & had our covid vaccines. Dr Matt is not Antivax at all. Dr Matt is an outstanding GP and an amazing doctor to our family. I understand Dr Matt's position; that it is difficult (in my view almost impossible) to gain patients 'informed consent' when there simply isn't enough robust data available yet to inform patients what the vaccine risks are. Vaccines are meant to go through long & vigorous clinical trials. There hasn't been the time with this one. So, it's difficult to uphold the oath of 'do no harm', without knowing what the risks are. But we're in the middle of a pandemic. Stuck between a rock and hard place. Dr Matt encourages his patients to be active participants in their own health. Some would argue that people don't know how to make a choice without a doctor telling them too. Our experience of Dr Matt is he's kind, impartial, will furnish you with facts, risks, pros, cons of treatment and support you throughout. Those accusing Dr Matt of being Pro Vax or Anti Vax are misinformed. Our family trust Dr Matt implicitly, he is a GP with integrity and humility. Good on you for speaking out Dr Matt. Dr Matt Shelton is an exceptional Dr who puts his clients health first. He will not use force/coerce you into receiving an EXPERIMENTAL mRNA without full informed consent.
Just enrolled here and got a phone appointment pretty quickly. Instead of being welcomed into the doctors by Dr. Carbonatto, I was interrogated for most of the appointment about why I I enrolled with them and not Whitby Doctors, or stayed with the uni doctors. She kept on saying "I don't even know you," "I've never met you." Was expecting something along the lines of "Hi welcome to Plimmerton medical centre, I'm the Doctor - I don't think I've seen you before, how can I help?" She didn't even seem interested in what I made the appointment for, no questions or anything.
PMC is a lovely small medical center with professional friendly service and low wait times.
