The rudest possible service……. Wanted to eat inside and the guy told us that it’s not possible because of the dog ( no “dogs forbidden” sign by the way). I was asking politely maybe to take away but the guy wasn’t listening and when I ask him to be more polite he got even more impolite and started saying some things in Italian ????… Can’t say if the pizza is good but even if it’s the best we will never try )))
Incredible pizza! We had the large Romana between two of us and it was delicious. Made before our eyes in minutes! They don't accept card payment but there is a cash machine just down the road.
If we ever come by here again we will definitely come back!
Worst treatment in years! I called to ask how long it would take for an order and the person replied « You’re stressed. You don’t start well. » Worst treatment and attitude.

Most of the reviews are probably true. This is a one-man operation and Emilio much prefers things his way, which is as cashier, cook and server. Cash only. You are told this if you ring. If you can, try a bit of French. I was on time for my order and had to wait 10 minutes while my pizzas were made in front of me and cooked extremely quickly. I can live with this.
For the very reasonable price, pizzas are enormous and the flavours are uncomplicated and extremely enjoyable. What else do you want on a Friday night?
This pizza brings you right to the heart of Italy. Home made fresh Italian sauce, thin and crusty. Just perfect!
Arguably the best pizza in Tervuren but I, personally, do not go there any more as the owner is so unfriendly and rude to customers. I know many people who feel the same.
Secondly he does everything on his own: taking orders, preparing pizzas and cashing in without washing his hands. Very unhygienic!!
Pizza is fine, but service was so bad I won't come back and would advise others to look for pizza elsewhere.
I made an order and was told it would be ready in 20 min. I arrived 40 min after I called. The man welcomed me with an angry face and a long silence. I had no clue what was going on. Instead of handing out my order he wanted an explanation for why I arrived 1 h late, asking me where I lived. I said I did not arrive 1 h late, but he insisted, and to prove his point he showed me the log of calls in his phone. My call was showing 40 min ago. The man took the phone away shouting that I didn't know how to count, but realising that he was wrong he handed over my order.
I found myself having a surreal argument. I just wanted pizza.
