Even though the restaurant had received some bad reviews on Google, we still decided to give it a try because they offered gluten-free options. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, generous portions, and quick service
This Belgian cuisine was the worst I ever had! The chicken was inedible, the salad was dry, and the stew was so bad. Even the staff didn’t check why we didn’t finish our food even it was untouched plus the it was pricy!
Weak hot chocolate with whipped cream? What is this? Also… one staff was friendly…
One star for bad representation of their food/drinks… as well very dirty tables and place!
I only had a glass of wine.
But the service was quick, and the wine was good.
We waited an hour for our food. Several tables arrived after us and received food before us.
When the food finally arrived, it was bland. Ordered mussels in white wine and it tasted like nothing, was over cooked and worth 27€ less than the 27€ asking price = absolutely worthless.
When we asked for some sort of dialoque concerning our situation after the meal, the staff missunderstood as they thought we intended not to pay. Their reaction was to mention the police. Very unpolite and basically rude.
They do not speak english on a level where even basic communication can happen.
Stay far away.
Never visit - can’t stress it enough.
We waited 50 minutes on our food - which itself was 2/10 at best and way overpriced.
We then asked the staff (where none of them speaks sufficient english) if they where just going to ignore the waittime and the fact that other guests had their food before us despite ordering way later when they charged the full price for the food.
From there it went down fast as the staff took the question as a sign of that we wouldn’t pay and the proceded to call the police on us. Not even an honest “sorry” was given at any point during our visit.
So all in all, the worst restaurant experince I have had in recent memory or in my life
Just close the ( restaurant) because it’s not a restaurant ! I said hi 2 times to get ( hi ) the chef maybe never worked in a kitchen, shame to present a Belgian restaurant like that ,
I did not eat my food and no body bothered to check if everything was ok , this message to the owner if he care about his business. Not worth the money
This place is a scam. Food comes out of jars, nothing is made fresh.
