I really like the barbershop. But I have been following my barber for years down and this is where he happens to be at. He always seems to work with really good barbers. I haven't used any of them but they seem to do really good

For the 1st time my son experienced racism at its finest My son and husband were waiting patiently To be Be called they play 2 games of chest Waited asked Barber if they needed to take a number or what do they do the Barber said no we'll get to you momentarily they waited someone came in of color they didn't ask any questions just told them yet I'll take you My son looked over at his father and wanted to cry cause he didn't understand why the other person just walked in and was able to be seated and they were still waiting I will never use this place and I will never have anybody recommended to this spot for that reason My 9 year old should have never experienced racism at all. Especially someone of color who always says that they're discriminated against. And of course when you try to call to speak to a manager their phones don't even work it goes straight to voicemail no that's not even set up

I wish I could show a picture of my 5 year old son hair. He immediately started getting bumps after. We asked for a bald fade and he didn't fade it in right. You can still see the line where he was supposed to fade out. He finished quick. When we got home my son kept complaining his head was burning so I looked and saw a few bumps and I put alcohol on it then next day his head is full of bumps and looks like the clippers also burnt his skin as if he was cutting too close I pray the hair grow back in that area.Now I have never ever experienced this as long as my son has gotten his haircut. Been. Getting cut since 2. This is embarrassing. He has school pictures and now he can't go to school because the school is going to say he has a bad rash. I am beyond disappointed and upset I wish I could go cuss the guy out so bad til he don't even want to work there anymore. But best believe I am going there and giving him a piece of my mind.

Went in for $7 kid Monday. 2 kids $14 ya no after done $40. Said 1 was $15 and one $25. Had i known wouldn't have had it done. Several other places doing specials for back to school. I'm pissed and everyone ahoulf know.

I set appointments up for my whole family. Received confirmation emails and everything. Walked in and was greeted by a stylist who took one look at us and said NO. We were the only white people in there and they looks at us like we came in to rob the place or something. We were just trying to support a local black owned business and were turned away just cuz we were white. The guy said they were all booked with appointments, to which I showed him with the confirmation emails we were 4 of those and he still said NO. We were extremely offended. He was so rude!! After we got back in the car a female came out and said she was busy but might be able to squeeze us in later, she apologized but we had such a horrible experience, we were NOT going to give out business to this shop!

I enjoy the service. The gentleman are courteous towards women and their children clientele. T he establishment is always clean. It doesn't matter how busy the floor is. Thank you, Perfect Image. I am a long lasting client approximately 10 years. Keep up the great job.

I love this place I always get treated with kindness and my haircut be fresh best barbers of Palmdale CA. Will be coming to Perfect Image again!! ????
