I am new to the Shreveport/ Bossier area and needed a new nail set and came here, but I will not be returning. I showed the lady what I wanted (my prior set) but just a different color (the purple is before and the blue is Black and White Salon). I was charged $90!! Very thick acrylic and the design is not correct. When filing my nails I asked if she could file my acrylic more because they were too thick and she proceeded to tell me that next time I need to tell them I want thin acrylic?? Nope nope
Tina does a fantastic job on my nails . She is fun and makes me laugh .

Although this was not my first this was the worst pedicure I've ever experienced!! She took her time indulging in convos around the shop left my feet in cold water, didn't ask what kind of pedicure I was getting, did the bare minimum on my pedicure! It was awful!!
I stopped going for a while due to inconsistency of the quality and lack of professionalism. No need for a appointment because even if you do make one they let you wait like you doing a walk in. Another thing there are no prices they charge you different everytime even if you get the same thing. I went back 3 weeks ago and my nails came out ok only thing I was overcharged $20, I didn’t see it until I was gone. So today I went again it was a mistake my nails do not look good and also had to be fixed twice. I asked how much it was in the beginning he said $70 then changed his mind and said maybe $75. I told him I won’t do the design which he wanted 20$ for (it was 1 finger each hand with a flower) tell me why I was charged 65$ and not 55$ I can’t make this up. I’m very disappointed. I will no longer use their services.
I’ve been going to Black and White every two weeks for a year! Couldn’t love it more! Hanna does my nails and she is wonderful! Always a great time when I am there! I have recommended this place to my friends and they have been and had great experiences!
Loved the salon! Everyone was so friendly! I also loved that they spoke English and spoke to us! My mom, daughter and I got pedicures and were all very happy! We will be back!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. -1000000. So rude to me! It was the chubby female that wears the orange lipstick. Beware if you end up visiting! Some of the other artists are wonderful.
They were all amazing! Tina even massaged my sons hands and clipped his nails while I was getting my nails done! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be doing back!
