Terrible service to say the least. I have been a patient with the practice nearly 14 years and of late it seems near on impossible to reach them on the phone, even though i have left 6 voice-mail messages over the past week (calls were made during opening hours)to which I haven't received a call back.
Just reached 8min late due to traffic/road works and they cancelled the appointment as they allow only 7min late. But I was in the premises within those 7min. There call didn’t go through at all have to wait more then half hour to get through to the reception so how could someone can inform reception if they are late. They even not greeted me till I approached them. At the end they don’t have anything available for another 3weeks. Worst experience I ever had.
Could not make a face to face appointment with a doctor in the last year. Even though my son has had numerous ear infections and this resulted in surgery due to their incompetence. I have had to go to A & E instead. Phone consultations do not work for me as I live in a rural setting. I still couldn’t make an appointment after explaining this two times after returning the calls and could not be put through to a doctor when I was on the line. What is the point of been signed up to a centre if they can not make appointments for you when your child needs it.

For the last 18 months or so it has been nearly impossible to make an appointment. It often takes over 30 minutes on hold before you can speak to the receptionist, at which point it's a lottery as to whether you will be offered an appointment.
Whilst on hold you are constantly directed to use My Indici, the patient portal. This is next to useless as no doctors are listed and the only things you can do are pay your account or order repeats, and there is no guarantee that they will be correct.
If you do get an appointment its a different doctor every time, and usually a locum. You then spend an age going back over your history and get no consistency of care or follow up. This is certainly the case If asked to return at a later date for a follow up appointment, the next GP has no idea why you are there and you have to go back to square one. Extremely frustrating and we are on the verge of finding a different practice.
They will do their best with what they have at the moment. Health system is under the pump and can not be judged on that. They have always helped me even if I have to wait and have always been kind to me and my family.
Poor appointment allocation.
Takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks to get an appointment but thoose that are above 65+ get prio.....
Shuod be based on a health condition basis not age
Always friendly and helpful! Love that this pharmacy offers the drop off service too which at times is such a big help!
