Well I've been a customer for a few years. Left and came back due to a move. All I can say is the quality is very poor now. I went in before a week to fix a broken nail and they get mad. Mind you I paid $95 for a service that should last 2 weeks. Now another nail is breaking off and the nail she fixed has a bubble in the polish.????‍♀️ I refuse to go back to an expensive service and poor customer service!!!

I paid over $100 and I got a gel manicure and pedicure for my daughter and I for an event we were going to and the nail polish came off one of the fingers the exact same day as I was getting ready for the event and the others came off shortly after. I didn't think this could happen with gel nail polish. Also they made my daughter's finger bleed and they put who knows what on it that stung her. I will never go there again

Been coming here for a couple of months and it never disappoints. The service is wonderful and everyone is so nice! They always do their best to accommodate all guests. Will def keep coming back!

My nails look good but both of my big toes became infected after they cleaned out the nail beds. I'm all better now but I was definitely sore for about three days.

So so bad. Do not go here. They will do a poor, rushed mani/pedi while talking smack about you. Money wasted. Polish looks bad, actual manicure was shotty…I will never go here again.I would never recommend that anyone go here, not even in a budget.

Nails came out cute, but the lady doing my nails kept answering her phone. Also, she cut me twice with her scissors while very rapidly and carelessly cutting my nails into the coffin shape. 1st pic is what I got, 2nd is my inspiration pic.

They are rude and want to rush you in and out. They don’t take time to do your nails instead they want to hurry and move on to another customer.Turn out my nails did not look even and great at all. The place is also not clean. I gave them a second chance for another tryout and this time I would be the last time ever. Recommend not to come here.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! We are contacting a lawyer for this incident!!! They LITERALLY cut my mom's finger nail in half with the electric nail drill!!!! They went all the way down to her skin!!!
