I have been going to this establishment for some years now & have always had great service. I have been happy with the managers suggestions when he suggests a new hairdresser for me if the one I had been using is no longer there.
Darlene, girl, you cut my bangs mad uneven like it’s really noticeable. I’m happy I tipped you well cause we all gotta live and eat but ooof relearn how to cut bangs please. I usually never have a problem at this salon but I guess there’s always one ????????
Please don’t go to this salon for heat styling if you have natural hair!!! it’s like they snuck relaxer in my hair when I just went for a flat iron ???? I would of never expected that a USA salon would pull this. Five years of work gone with a single visit; visited several salons and got confirmation that a flat iron could never do this... only buy products here. The owner was very nice trying to fix the situation I commend him for that.

A WEEK AFTER.. THE MOMENT I WASHED MY HAIR; I SMELT THE MOST HORRID SCENT AND KNEW THEY HAVE RUINED IT.
SALON TRIED TO CLAIM THAT MY NOW HALF-STRAIGHT HAIR (THE RIGHT SIDE HAD MORE DAMAGE THAN THE LEFT) WAS CAUSED BY A "BIRTH CONTROL"...
SIX MONTHS LATER AFTER THE TRAUMA, MY ORIGINAL NATURAL ROOTS GREW OUT AGAIN AND IN OTHER, BETTER, SALONS HAD CREATED A MIRACLE AND WAS ABLE TO CHOP A MAJORITY OF THE STRAIGHTENED PARTS OFF.

Great for walk-ins. Free Wi-Fi. $22 for a haircut and they do a pretty good job. Not the best haircut you’ll ever have, but very very good for quick and clean cuts.
I went in today as a walk in to get my hair trimmed and some layers for my sister’s wedding later this week. I don’t remember the name of my stylist, but after she washed my hair I asked her to just trim my hair, add some layers, and shorten up my side bangs a bit. What she did was she didn’t touch the back section of my hair, she added layers, didn’t touch my side bangs and kept trying to part my hair in the middle when I kept telling her it wasn’t how I parted my hair, and did more than a trim. She took at least 2 inches off and now I have to go somewhere else to get the back of my hair cut evenly to the front. There’s no transition or fade to the length, it just abruptly goes down way longer in the back like she forgot to cut it. I have darker hair, so when she showed me the back in the mirror against the black cape I could see the back went down a little bit longer, but also just gave her the benefit of the doubt that it was because all of my hair was behind my shoulders so the front just looked shorter compared to the rest. I didn’t realize until I got home and saw in my own mirror with my hair not all behind my shoulders and in a lighter colored shirt. This is the first time I’ve had an issue at this salon, I typically go in every now and then just to get my hair trimmed or cut if needed/wanted and now I’m very much considering if I should continue to do so.
Always great service. Hard to choose which staff member does the best job on my hair.
