First time going to this location. I normally go to the Rochester one witch is my favorite by the way…The staff was so nice and the place was sparkling clean!!! Smelled so good inside and just felt very comfortable and relaxing overall. The only thing that I think they could improve on a little is returning call backs. Other than that loved my experience today!! And will be returning for a second round of Botox treatment. Thanks again for such a great first time experience!

I had an amazing experience at Monroe med spa in Camillius NY. Teresa was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She answered every question I had and double checked to make sure I understood all the procedures and what to expect, as this was my first time. She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout the lip procedure. She’s so talented, I barely felt anything!

The spa is spotless and tastefully decorated with ample parking. Teresa, Dr.Ben and Keller made this first time experience so effortless and comfortable for me. They’re true professionals with amazing client interaction and attention to detail.
