Quick Facts About Michelle Nails Salon

Michelle Nails Salon has a mix of positive and negative feedback from customers. In order to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, we will examine the comments and identify key points.
Starting with the strengths, several customers have mentioned the cleanliness and comfort of the salon. This is an important aspect of any salon experience and contributes to a positive environment for customers. Additionally, the staff has been described as friendly, welcoming, and professional. The fact that customers have had positive interactions with different nail technicians is a good indication of the salon's overall level of customer service. Another strength mentioned is the salon's open hours/days, which allows for easy accessibility for customers.
On the other hand, there are also several weaknesses that have been pointed out by customers. One recurring issue is the language barrier, particularly for Vietnamese-speaking customers. Although the salon is professional in English, it seems that communication in Vietnamese is not as effective. This can lead to misunderstandings and dissatisfaction among customers who prefer to communicate in their native language.
Another weakness highlighted by customers is the speed and rushiness of the service. Some customers have reported that the nail technicians prioritize finishing quickly to accommodate more customers rather than providing a thorough and relaxing experience. This is evident in the comment about the 25-minute pedicure, which may be considered too short for a spa pedicure.
Furthermore, there are multiple complaints about the quality of the nail services. Several customers have mentioned issues with their nails such as popping off, chipping, lifting, and rough application. These issues indicate a lack of attention to detail and proper technique by the nail technicians. It is concerning that customers have experienced these problems multiple times despite giving the salon multiple chances.
In terms of pricing, one customer mentions that the salon is pricier compared to other places. Considering the reported quality issues, this may be a weak point for the salon as customers expect to receive value for the money they spend.
It is worth noting that not all customers have had negative experiences at Michelle Nails Salon. There are positive comments about friendly staff, good services, and beautiful results. However, the negative feedback outweighs the positive, indicating that improvements need to be made in order to provide consistently satisfactory experiences for all customers.
In conclusion, the strengths of Michelle Nails Salon lie in its cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, and convenient hours. However, the weaknesses include a language barrier for Vietnamese-speaking customers, rushed service, and issues with the quality of nail services. These weaknesses, particularly the quality issues, need to be addressed in order to improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, the salon's pricing may be a concern given the reported problems. Overall, there is room for improvement in the salon's operations and customer service.

Nail technicians talked to each other in Vietnamese about my friend n I while we were getting pedicures. I’m Vietnamese. They were saying how we aren’t getting extras n just to finish with our spa pedicures fast so they can get more customers in. The pedicure was 25mins from the time they started to fill the water to moving us out of the chair. When we went to pay, the owner yelled across the shop that we didn’t tip before we even swipe the charge card. I left a cash tip for my technician n let her know I spoke Vietnamese. The shop was professional in English but not Vietnamese. Beware. $30 spa pedi. I’ve done better on my own n not be upset with the service.
Amazing job done here. I had previously been going to battlefield mall and was very disappointed there. Here they welcome you and treat you well. I went on a Friday and was very nice and quiet. I enjoy places where there’s not a lot of people.
I've visited this salon 4 times now and dealt with 3 separate nail techs, each of whom have done a terrific job. The salon is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. I've been in the early morning, early evening and late at night and have been attended to with the same pleasantness on each visit. Their open hours/days allow for me to get in quickly and easily whenever I need. I've been very pleased with my services which have been dip powder nails and a pedicure. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
Hands down the best place to feel relaxed and get what you want in a timely fashion. My aunt is diabetic and they treated her with such care that she decided to change you nail salon after 3 years. Thank you for making our experience a special one.
Not impressed honestly. Went here on the 11th for my birthday and these are my hands 8 days later. The two nails popped off day 3 and I’ve been gluing them on since. The nail next to it is about to pop as well.
When I came in it was a busy day. At first on my left hand they did very well, but as they got busier as you can see my left compared to my right the quality plummeted. The stick on my left hand is up and peeling and was like that the first day. I didn’t say anything because dealing with a rush is hard no matter where you work, however for the money I paid and the fact they were pretty for 3-4 DAYS is ridiculous.
Would recommend only going if you can assure they are going to take their time. Pricier than most places and this being my first impression, I don’t see why. May as well get them done out of someone apartment, I have seen better.
I got both my hands and toes done, Tommy and Maria were wonderful! So nice and quick with everything and they all turned out beautiful. My new place to always go!
Helen was AMAZING!! i absolutely love my nails and highly recommend michelle nails! everyone is so nice and welcoming as soon as you come in:)
I have been to this salon multiple times. The salon is very hit or miss, your experience will either be amazing or absolutely terrible. My first experience was very good and I had an amazing dip powder set. I have gone multiple times since then despite the horrible experiences i had. I continued to come because i was understanding about them being busy. I had one set done, and i switched seats 5 times and had 5 different people working on my nails. I had a gel set done another time, and they lifted the next day. I went in to get them fixed since they lifted, and they said they could fix the one nail that the gel completely came off of, but i would be charged for a new set to fix all of them that were chipped, even though i got them done the day before. I went in to get a set of acrylics, i showed a picture of what i wanted (narrow square, almost coffin.) and i got insanely bulky square nails. The tech didn’t ask me what length i wanted and made them way shorter than i wanted, cut me with the drill multiple times, continued to ask me to get gel and being very pushy, put no cuticle oil on my nails, sat me over to have them dry and left, not giving me any guidance on what to do or how long i needed to sit down. They were not busy and there were 4 nail techs sitting and talking, so i don’t understand why my set was so rushed and why i was not given the experience i paid for. My friend had the exact same experience i did. Directly after leaving, my acrylic was already lifting and the acrylic was dripping down the side of my finger and it was on my cuticles, my nails are not wide and these acrylics look insanely wide. The acrylic was rough and sharp on the sides, as it was going over my cuticles. Actually the worst set of nails I’ve ever had in my life.
I had to go to another salon and get them fixed, where i paid the same and had my cuticles trimmed, had the nails fixed and redone, had lotion put on, and also had a very gentle tech that didn’t cut me. She said it was a horrible application, way to thick, and not properly applied. I will be going to the salon that fixed my nails today from now on, and i will not be giving this salon any more of my money and time. This was the last chance i had for the salon.
