I got my nails done two days ago and the polish has already begun to just fall off. I have done nothing other than drive my car and work my job (which is at a desk). I sat in the chair for one hour as a walk in before it took two hours to get a regular mani/pedi with regular polish. Just for it to start falling off on its own... I do not recommend this place... for the price I could have bought my own polish, had it last for at least two weeks, and still had money left over.
I love this salon. The artist do great work especially Jordan. They have the widest variety of options for pedicures and nail and designs. They also offer colored acrylic unlike other salons. This is the only place I go now.
This would’ve been my second time here. (First time was the black and white) I was nervous at first because it had been almost 10 years since I got my nails done. I didn’t know anything! ???? but Hannah didn’t make me feel dumb when she told me to wash my hands and I didn’t know where to go lol ! My second time was just as good as the first time. First time, we just called to see if there was availability and we walked in, the second time I made an appointment. I highly recommend making an appointment because you get seated first. Kimmi did my nails the second time. After my first set I went soooo long before going again and I didn’t want the pain of waiting and also my nails looking like I NEED them done, so I opted for clear coat the second time. Which should last longer, but we’ll see. -They lasted long last time, but I work in a warehouse so tryna be cute and work did a number on my nails, but again it had been bout 2 months. - maybe a month and a half but still. My nails grow fast! Overall, I will be going again. Also, if you ask the price, I’m sure they will tell you lol everyone is super nice and pleasure. The music is soothing and the facility is clean. PLENTY of parking.
I love VA nails, they are very clean, got me in right away, and did the nail art I asked for without issue. I got a mani and pedi as well as eyebrow wax. The girl gave me a crazy good massage after for free, very relaxing. Love them, Def recommend
The guy that did my nails was nice enough! Went in not really knowing what I wanted but with his following, gorgeous nail pics, and good reviews I decided to give him a try. He helped me come up with a design. I knew I wanted tips and croc print and the colors. Not sure if it was before closing or b/c it was late but I left dissatisfied with my nails. Felt it could have been executed so much better. The crocodile print itself isn't bad but my tip shapes are uneven and the application of my acrylic looks rushed and thin. Not the type to complain, plus Im not a micro manager. ill see your work and your pride in it when done. Sadly I paid for my service but I wont be back.
I had an amazing experience at VA Nails. My nails and toes look incredible! Jordan did my nails and it is hands down the best set I have ever had! The designs are perfect and precise! If you come in to get your toes done ask for Austin, my toes are flawless. He did what he said was called a Russian pedicure! 10/10!!!
When I was in the store there was an unhappy customer because she felt like she got rushed after getting a Polish change that took 15 minutes ????♂️???? I have never had a Polish change take more than 15 minutes and not to mention how good her nails looked (great!) after just a polish change, some people are just so ungrateful and never satisfied!
I will be back in 2-3 weeks and I can’t wait!

I've been going here for the last year. The nail work is nice but the level of service is subpar. I've never wrote reviews but the fact that my husband wrote a review based on my experience and Hannah decided the best course of action was to block me. How does a business grow without honest feedback.? I sat waiting for a pedicure in cold water for an hour. I was not compensated or anything. My price was still 100 plus dollars and time was beyond wasted. To them you're not valued just your money. There's no loyalty to the customer. We are supposed to just accept sorry service and not complain when we are paying our hard owned money.
