Love this place! Cameron listened carefully to my wants, helped me to understand upkeep and tailored my hair style to frame my face perfectly! This whole salon has a very relaxing vibe and the staff are welcoming and kind. I will definitely be coming back
I always receive first class service from Paulina. She's a wonderful stylist with vision and isn't afraid to tell me the truth. She connects quickly with her clients and she is an absolute joy to spend time with. I highly recommend her!
Every single time I’ve gone the experience been wonderful. Elle is AMAZING. I started out almost brown and 3 sessions later, I have a gorgeous silver. ???? They are great about providing drinks and making sure you’re comfy.
Elle did a wonderful job and got the brassy tones out of my hair. The staff at Luxe is very friendly and they offer you beverages. They take VAT! Make an appoinment a month early. They get booked fast! ????
Karla gave me one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever gotten. She listened to exactly what I wanted and asked all the right questions. It turned out better than I was even imagining. The whole experience was amazing. This is the only place I will be returning for future hair appts.
Give me 2 minutes and I’ll convince you that you need to change your stylist. Call Luxe and ask for Sheila. You won’t regret it. This was my first time going there so I don’t have any opinion on any of the other stylists but everyone was incredibly kind. Sheila though, what a gem. She was kind and thoughtful and gentle. I have had dark hair pretty much my whole life and I wanted to lighten it. She was very honest with me and in the end gave me more than I even asked for. For the icing on the cake, I didn’t realize it would take so long to transform my hair (my mistake I’m an amateur) so I had to reschedule my movie plans for the night. I called the theater and they didn’t speak English so she cancelled my plans for me, got my money refunded and had them send a voucher to my email to reschedule. Talk about an angel in disguise. Go to her. Tip her well. She deserves it.
Have absolutely never been disappointed. Receptionists are wonderful both in person and on the phone, my stylist Carla is WONDERFUL. My son even loves coming here and they're excellent with such a young guy. Prices totally reasonable especially with VAT. Will never go anywhere else while we live here
