I went in Friday afternoon to get my nails done for Christmas. My nail tech RUSHED THROUGH my SNS manicure- and only did color, no manicure part whatsoever. The nail tech started applying powder to my nails BEFORE they even dried from the acetone, but worst of all, used the wrong top coat on my nails and used a UV LIGHT ON SNS POWDER. IT BURNED MY NAILS- you aren’t supposed to use a UV light on SNS like gel nails. I removed my hand from the light because it’s SNS and doesn’t need the light but she kept snatching my hand and shoving it under the light. Now, three days later my nails are completely cracked/ruined, dull from not using the proper top coat and I paid $50 and didn’t receive part of the service. I’ve had SNS many times before and I know this tech was careless and just wanting to rush through my service. Giving them a chance to fix it properly before deciding on a new place.

Every time I have gone, they change the price for the same exact services. They charged $20 to just remove sns nail polish. When notmally it has been $5 and then $10z They spent 40 minutes just to do that, while the technician was on his phone the whole time. Good service generally but biggest rip off for a nail salon. No salon would charge you $20 to remove nail polish.

I love this salon. Clean. Everyone is always nice and very professional. I have been coming for 3 years and I am always happy with my gel manicure!

I paid $53 to get my nails done on Sunday Oct. 24, 2021 with two friends. By Tuesday Oct.26, 2021 the nail polish had practically washed off my hands. But the same exact polish on my toes remained perfectly intact. I returned to the salon to have my nails re-painted. The manager tells me there was no guarantee the polish will last. I should have chosen Gel and that I would be charged again for service. I told her I paid the additional $3 to use the polish with the silver cap as it was posted on the wall. It was supposed to be long lasting. She then turns her back on me and walks away as if I no longer exist. So I follow and tell her she should treat everyone that walks in with respect and courtesy. I have never been to a nail salon where the polish only lasted 3 days. What's worse is the manager would not take ownership of the mistake and fix the problem. She had a horrible attitude and was very unprofessional. My friends nails also chipped off days later and they got Gel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Such a waste of time and money.

update: 5 stars to 1 star!!! Went here RECENTLY AND THEY ARE NOW MY LEAST FAVORITE NAIL SALON! The btxh that did my nails f them up completely and REFUSED TO FIX IT AS I WAS BEGGING HER TO STOPPPP!!! AND The final results were horrific as expected.

I love lush nail bar. My favorite nail salon. The nail tech did an amazing job on my nails which lasted a month.

Amazing experience! I love coming here. The service is amazing. I never have to wait. I love a clean manicure and pedicure and they always do an amazing job.

I got a gel pedicure on Saturday and by Tuesday the polish was coming off. I went back in on Sunday because I had to work and was told that I was outside of the 7 day policy for getting my pedicure redone. I was told that the gentleman who did my pedicure was just let go but they still only fixed one toe! Horrible customer service and usually they’re good! Poor customer service and definitely overpriced for what I received

Had a pedi with paraffin (it’s was awesome!) Gigi took her time and did a great job.

I was a little hesitant on the design of the mani but Gigi understood what I need and delivered as promised!
