As soon as we walked in, they immediately tried to upsell us to a $80 pedicure which was not what we had booked. We looked at the list of services and at the back saw a "Deluxe Manicure and Pedicure Combo", which by naming you would think would be a combination of the Deluxe Pedicure and one of the manicures. Turns out that the naming is actually just misleading.
The pedicure itself was fine and felt nice, but the actual quality was.. not up to par. You can see my photos attached to this review and judge for yourself. However, what made it worse was I wasn't sure if my toenails were dry or not and my partner asked one of the nail techs. That tech touched my toenails, clearly messing up slightly and made eye contact with the other techs awkwardly but didn't acknowledge it but spoke in Vietnamese (I think) to each other and then another tech came over and said they were good but insisted on putting my shoes on for me.
I didn't get a receipt which was annoying, but did get a text asking me to review the place. As mentioned, look at the photos yourself - I got my pedicure today and this is the quality. :(
I used to go to this place a lot before I started working remote. Previous experiences were good. However I went here a few weeks ago for a mani (french)/pedi. The work was awful. I am embarrassed to day I spent close to $75 (including tip). The french mani was so messy, I had white polish all over my skin and the pedi was messy as well. I tried asking for the guy who did my mani to fix some spots but it did not help. They also made my thumb BLEED. It looked terrible and HURT. I went somewhere else a week later to have it fixed. Worst part was I had brought my favorite pink polish to use on my toes and forgot it there :( I didn't even want t go back and ask for it. People are nice but I cannot recommend the services.
i got my nails done exactly 1 week and 2 days ago and one of them has already fallen off and the other has broken in half and i also see some of the others about to come off as well. I am on vacation and got them for that exact reason and was expecting atleast 3 weeks of use. i didn’t do anything that would make them fall off, including any work in the kitchen or working out. and for the design, she didn’t do it exactly how i would want or how the picture i showed her but it was still okay. she was also very rough with my hands and i didn’t have the great experience that i thought i would, while getting them done for the first time. leaving the store i had multiple hang nails and they were all pretty deep. overall not the best experience and i am very very disappointed and did not pay an entire $60 for this.
Tina allowed me to come in right at closing time, and was so gracious and so sweet and so helpful! She did one of the best pedicures I've had !! I especially love the foot massage.
She was pleasant and helpful the whole time, and did not rush me at all. She also did some of the cutest flowers on my toes ever!!????

Holly is the best nail artist I have been with. She is quick and does the most beautiful work. She is soooo friendly and pretty. I love her!!!!! ????????????❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️????????????????????????
If you want to be treated special and leave with lovely nails and toes, stop by Bothell Nails. I had my nails done and I had my first facial yesterday. I will definitely be going back in two weeks.
I am a regular here. The ladies are always very sweet and accommodating when I have to bring my toddler with me. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been many times for mani/pedi (dip and shellac). Would highly recommend their services.

But I always didn't see a good job
And I always asked to do something on my nails and the manicurists always ignored doing what I asked
So even so I kept going but I was always unhappy with the terrible work they offer them to do a terrible enamel leave half of the nails without nail polish
So this last time I went and ordered several
Times to remove a nail because it was smaller
And another because it's broken in half
But she didn't do it and didn't
What happened that there was a water infiltration and this generated a fungus on my nail due to my work the lack of responsibility of these people who say they are professional
