This nail salon was truthfully a terrible experience. I came for a basic pedicure, when I initially set down and explained to the nail tech that I do not like my feet scrubbed for health reasons. First Red flag was they did not have a wide selection of gel colors, I wanted a dark yellow which they did not offer so I opted out for cotton candy. As the tech proceeds to do my pedicure she grabs the tools and scrubs my feet which hurt really bad and I said no I hate my feet scrubbed please don’t. The tech looks at other techs and starts speaking in her native language about me, she then starts to file and shape my nails and cut me twice by the drill being so high. Never saying sorry when I complained. Once she starts to paint my toe I notice the color is actually pink and not cotton candy and ask her to stop and please show me the cotton candy she told me they well low and beyond they never had cotton candy after she told me they did. I expressed that I was not happy with the colors they offered, my nail lengths are uneven, and his bad my toe was cut and would just pay for the service minus the gel color. The tech says I owe $60 Yes $60 for soaking my feet and shaping my nails. This is after she cut me, scrubbed my feet after I explained for health reasons I don’t get my feet scrubbed, and after she lied about having the correct gel nail color. Truthfully worse experience I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend staying far away from this nail salon. It’s been 24/hours and my toe still stings from being cut by the drill and I’m out of $60 no color on my toes and I’ll have to render service else where.

Rushed services for my pedicure, I was never asked what type of pedi pkg I wanted, or if I wanted my toe nails cut down or filed. She (the younger female) just started clipping away, but definitely asked if I wanted a manicure ????the nail techs don’t talk much except to each other in their own language, while pointing at our toes. They just seem like they don’t want to be here and have better things to do ????????‍♀️

Came in with my mother a week ago and nails are already falling off just by doing the most simple things. The lady glued my thumb to my acrylic nail, I ask for sparkling blue she’s gives me a blue that doesn’t even go close to the original color. Like it didn’t even come remotely close. The prices are way too high for their mediocre work. I spent 145 for me and my mom and the nails broke at the tip which indicated that they didn’t use enough material that keeps the nail strong ,another waste. Came in Feb 16, it is now Feb 27. Only 11 days , not worth the money.

This place is very pricey for the quality of the nails. I got a gel pedi and mani for $100 and my friend got gel mani for $35. My friend's mani smudged that same day. They also only want to accept cash - something we did not know going in. Also one of the ladies was very pushy about my friend getting a gel manicure even though she didn't want one..

1 week later and my gel polish completely peeled off

Paid extra for a French tip, they couldn't even cover the tip!! Then the top coat was all over my skin and doesn't cover the whole nail either. Then laughed and acted like oh that's normal. I know she saw it before I left to because she did a double take. They rush you into everything so I didn't even really get to check them. Won't be back, it also happen the first time I went as well.

Over priced and not very good customer interaction ????

I came in today to get my nail fixed and what should have only taken a few minutes, took an eternity and even after an eternity it still looked like trash. I asked the guy to redo my nail because he couldn't for the life of him file it right. After the second time, it still came out crooked and looks nothing like my other nails. I'm not sure who or why anyone gave you guys a license to do nails. I will never come back here again. To make matters worse, I have to sit here and listen to you guys talk about me as if I did something wrong while you guys attempt to do your job right! In the end, I'm almost late to work and now my middle finger looks like it's pointing to the right all the time. Thank you so much Lexi Nails!

All my nails are different shapes, the clear coat over the top was all over my fingers, my cuticles were completely gone after, and I was overcharged.
