Only place I’ve went to over the last 10 years or so. All the barbers are professional. Kids are welcome and treated like royalty. The location is great. Very clean. Great conversations. Chris is the best, ask for him.
Called in the morning to set an appointment with my usual barber. I was told that my appointment would be at 4:30. I showed up at 4:15 and someone was with my barber. He said that it would be a while because the guy he was working on just started and he had someone else in front of me. I found this to be strange since I called and set an appointment. For an hour he worked on a hot towel shave and haircut while talking about how he doesn’t like to make clients wait. When finished the guy thanked him for SQUEEZING HIM IN while I waited an hour for my appointment. Then I figured I would be next, nope. Someone walks in from their car and immediately is seated before me. Over an hour in and I currently am still sitting and waiting for what will be my last haircut at good looks. I just cannot even fathom the hypocrisy of preaching loyalty to clients when making one wait in limbo for a simple cut.

Called and asked for a haircut and the barber, Nick, luckily had an opening and allowed me to come in same day. I unfortunately went to the wrong place (my fault) and by the time I got to the right location, I was 20 minutes late. He was SO NICE that he still saw me even though that made him stay past his normal leave time by a lot. The haircut was great and I've been going back, getting great cuts, ever since.

Always a great experience getting a cut here. I heard about these guys through a friend who's a barber. I'll never get a cut anywhere else. Great environment, good staff, knowledgeable and great at what they do. Only thing I feel could be better would be a little earlier hours during the week, but I'll live. Keep up the great work guys. As far as Charles Blackshire stated below me in the comments. People have to eat man, they aren't machines. One douche bags opinion on how he would do business shouldn't sway you on giving these a shot. You won't regret it.
Good Looks has the best barbers in Buffalo. Best barber shop in the city. I've been coming to Good Looks for over ten years. Chris is my go-to barber, but I've gotten cuts from Tommy, Nick, Diggs, and also Cece. They all did a great job. These guys take their time and are perfectionists. You will not come out of here looking like you went to Supercuts. Good atmosphere here as well, always playing good hip-hop, they keep the TV's on also, usually sports. I encourage anyone reading this to down to Hertel and get a cut, and there's plenty else to do in this area. It is a fantastic strip of restaurants, shopping, bars and more. Five stars all day for these guys.
