This salon is under new ownership and they have made major improvements to the interior and the range of services. They always give excellent customer service and take great care of me. I absolutely love Lee Nails. Highly recommend this salon.
I had such a positive experience here. The owner Micheal was who did my nails and he did an amazing job!! He was so precise and took his time and kept making sure i loved it! Absolutely recommend!
Recently moved to zephryhills and was looking for a new nail place! I saw Michael and he gave me exactly what I asked for. I will be coming back forsure, the whole experience was great and they were respectful
I got my feet waxed and I had such a great experience. I even got a little design on my toes. I have been coming for 3 years and was scared when it changed but I would definitely recommend the bye bye dry skin pedicure.
I had a great experience. My nails look great, my feet look and feel great. The color actually turned out the color I requested and they were very gentle. I bruise easily because of blood thinners and I had no bruises. I had 2 ingrown tonails and the lady was so gentle. I didn't even bleed.
I’ve been coming here for years. It’s now under new management and I love it even more. Everyone was very friendly and service was great. I got so many compliments on my manicure!
First off I'll say it was a good place to go for Courteous service very polite people up in this point and visit , so we are sitting and waiting for our pedicures I am looking at the colors for gel nails and one of the guys working there comes up and takes it out of my hands to hand to another lady getting her pedicure which was very rude. And mind you this was the same lady that walked in and got service right away and we were told to wait. They took my spouse and he was way on the end. Away from me when we go together to enjoy the pedicure time and then left me sitting for another 15 mins before calling me to do mine and I tell them gel polish and they proceeded to put regular nail polish so that had to be taken off and re done. Which this is the second time this has happened when I've gone in. And then I tell them I want a 4 leave clover for st. Patrick's Day they say ok and then proceeded to tell me I have to paint my big toe white in order to do so, well mind you my gel color was a light green so they could have simply used a darker green an it dose not even look like a 4 leaf clover it looks like what a 2 or 3 year old would draw and the nail guy just did this ladys nails with beautiful st Patrick's day art and so i thought he could do a 4 leaf clover on mine easily not happy at all the guy was very rough and just in a hurry to get it done after we had been there for a total of 3 hours ridiculous I will not be recommending this nail salon nor will we be returning back as regular customers !!! We miss Ms. LEE AND HER STAFF !!! VERY POOR SERVICE AND WE PAID GOOD MONEY FOR SUCH SERVICE ????????
