The food was good (the lasagna was watery and lacking in layers), the staff spoke good english and they had plenty of room (inside and outside) to shelter us from the rain

Bad even buy Brussels standards. Ordered mussels with fries and the fries were infested with bugs fried onto it. Not one, not two, but several. The photo only shows the first few fries as I couldn't stomach digging more out to show the extent of infestation. Raised it with the waiter who said Oh and offered no apologies and made us pay the full bill anyway.
Nice and cozy place. Prices are low and food is amazing. The bolognese (10.5€) was delicious and I would've gladly paid a couple euros more. The portions are big enough, and will fill small and medium stomachs easily. The crêpes have real chocolate on them.
The service is nice.
This place is a must, definitely coming back!

Stumbled upon here looking for a meal a bit more affordable than on the main square. Staff were very accommodating with us and our baby. The food was tasty and we'll priced, and the beer was cold and delicious.
Very little choice on the menu. And the food wasn't that good, if not for the location then this place would be out of bussiness.
Really good dishes served in nice relaxing manner, very reasonable prices.
This was our third night in a row eating here.
Special mention to Mus who looked after us.
He gavegreat service and has a great warm personality, a real credit to the business

Typical belgian cousine, average quality, quite small courses, spiced enough and fatty. 2-3 draft beer types. Prices similar o other restaurants of the area. I reccomend this place to someone wants to eat somthing typical in a cool place. Really small tables.
Lots of locals here was the first sign that the place is good. The service was friendly, the food tasty, and the beer on tap cold and Belgian. Great location too. I like coming here.
