The service was amazing. The people were so nice and my nails were done spectacularly. Definitely will be the only place I get my nails done from now on. 10 out of 10 recommend should definitely definitely go here.
We have lived in Ohio for 2 years and gone to a new salon every other month. We finally came to Lamour and I cannot say enough about the service they provide. The first visit, I came in 2 minutes to closing and when I asked “what time do you close”, Lam said “right after I finish your service”. He took his time and my nails have NEVER looked better. The next week, I brought in my daughter and typically when you bring in kids, they rush through and don’t do a complete service. She was treated like an adult and he remembered the conversations we had a few weeks before we he did my nails. I have found my new salon and will recommend them time and time again.
I was just in the nail salon on Sat July 31,2021. I paid $36 for a French Shellac. I gave her a $5 tip. It’s not even a week later and my shellac is already chipping. Only 4 days later! I will not NOT be back. Such a waste of money. I feel like I just threw $41 in the trash can! I’m not happy with the services at all!
I love this place! I’ve only been there twice and they remembered who I was the 2nd time I ever came in (which was 6 months after my first appointment)! They are super friendly and do great work! Lam was the first person who ever did a service on me there and he is a great guy! My mom made an appointment there a few weeks after my second time going there and they recognized she was my mom by her last name and they were super sweet to her. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants good service.
I was not greeted or acknowledged when I came in and waited 20 for any sort of acknowledgement. However once I received attention, everything else was wonderful. A basic pedicure is inexpensive and he took his time on my legs and feet. I would definitely come back. Don't come if you're in a hurry because they take it slow and pay extra attention to detail.
I got a pedicure here it was my very first time and they were so friendly and did not judge me at all which I was nervous about! They are also very quick.
I walked in and was immediately told they don’t do “acrylic fill-ins”, only “real nails”... I told the technician I wanted a toe polish as well (which are real nails on my toes...) and she said “I’m sorry” and walked away. There was literally no one else in the salon, & at 10:30am on a Saturday so not even a busy time. I will never come back here.
was in there 8-8-2020 the worse. only 3 people in there 1 a couple and me. No people waiting. she filled water and I will tell you my feet only hit water for 15 seconds. then cut my cuticle and bleed the whole time there. I was out of there in 25 min. polish very uneven and clear polish on my toes. The people I walked in with were still soaking when I left. VERY UPSET.
