I’ve been coming to this salon for years and it never fails. Nina is the best at everything she does and make sure to take her time. Her designs are beautiful and she is always willing to fix anything I don’t like. I love this place, 5 stars aren’t enough.

La mer nails will never have to worry about my ever returning to their establishment. I had an appointment booked for 12. I arrived only for the " owner" to let me know he made a mistake and "accidentally" gave away my slot and asked if I would be willing to reschedule for a later time. Mind you I live across town. Needless to say I returned at the time my appointment was rescheduled for, only to be told that they were not accepting any more customers. I explained that I had an appointment for this time only to learn that my tech.was gone for.the evening. Unacceptable! My nail tech was one of the best but its time to find an establishment that actually values their customers. Not to.mention that it's New Years Eve. Never again!

3rd attempt at scheduling an appointment with a 45min drive and it was an epic fail. Appointments are taken once you arrive it’s a wait or you’re pawned off to someone else. In spite of Sunny is great when I do get him.

I treated my self to get my nails and toes done. I got the gel manicure after they was later in the afternoon they started to chip. Went in the next day to fix and again after I got them fix after a few hours after I left they are chipping again. And they are rude never will go back there again

Horrible experience. Arrived Saturday for a soak off and a Manicure. I was burned by the drill. I recall saying "that burns" about 10 times. I received a cut which 2 days later it still stinks. The cut was so bad the nail tech had to put cigerett buds on the cut in order to stop the bleeding. Every nail is a different shape and too much nail polish to the point where it looks clumpy. I receive a $5 discount I guess for the cut.

Service was great. Nina is awesome. Her customer service skills are exceptional. She keeps you engaged and just all around beautiful person.

They did a very nice manicure pedicure buff.

I went there fir a pedicure and the dip. The girl that did my toes did a terrible job did not cut my cuticles and did a rush job and the one that did my nail was worse
