The staff was very friendly and helpful, they refilled our cans with some cool water, which was nice on a very hot day.
Avarage food with super slow service. We had 10 persons group (booked in advanced) and we had almost beg waiter to visit in our table. Glasses were empty long periods, since waiter did not came to ask if we like to have some more. To having aperitiv, starter and main course took 4 hours. That is too long time and that's why we skipped dessert since that would have taken at least one hour more.
Great brasserie with excellent choice. Try the Jeudi special (pork en croute with potatoes and a green bean/pea omelette). Delicious and quite reasonable with pleasant staff
Bad food and worse prices! 10 euro for a bottle of water?! Stay away from this tourist trap.

En mai 2019 => Service très bon. Serveurs très à l'écoute. Très serviable. Prix correct. Cadre agréable. Restauration.
En août 2020 => Depuis la nouvelle gérance de juillet 2020, ce n'est plus du tout la même chose. Prix en augmentation. Service catastrophique. S'ajoute via les médias que des serveurs ont travaillé et pas rémunérés. C'est vraiment triste ce qui arrive à La Brasserie (Grand-Place de Huy). Moi qui y allais tout le temps, une page se tourne.
Je modifie mes étoiles, qui passent de 5 à 1 !!!!!

Nette amélioration du service. Un nettoyage dans le récent personnel fait du bien. La déco extérieur change. Attention cependant que suite à des modifications de tarifs imposés par le brasseur, certaines boissons (il y en a peu, je pense moins de 5) on vu leur prix augmenter. Il y a du progrès à la Brasserie, ça se voit. Apparission des plats du jour à prix attractif. J'actualise et passe à 3 étoiles.
