I was extremely shocked when I came here for the first time. This place is DIRTY.
1. A girl came in because they had skinned her cuticles to the point they were DRIPPING blood. The lady said it was the girls own fault. And started adding cuticle oil to the bloody nubs. The girl asked that she throw the bottles away since it was her blood contaminating the oils and polish. The lady said oh I will. She didn't. She also didn't wash her hands after handling the woman's bloody fingers. She went straight to another person.
2. Another girl came in with a broken nail. The lady ripped off this poor girl's nail. And THEN soaked it acetone. The poor girl was in tears while she was ripping the nail off.
3. We did not get the designs we asked for. We told her what length and shape we wanted and she clipped them super short. And didn't do any thing we asked.
We won't be back.

There are many positive reasons why you should choose Kay Nails! Connie, the nail technician, does an amazing job with great attention to detail. Also they offer a discount if you pay in cash. I have been completely satisfied every time I've went, and I will not be going anywhere else for my pedi and nail needs.
I was charged $30 just for a repaint when I got a full set at another salon in TH for $60. Price is outrageous just for the nails to be painted.
I am from out of town. I went here on Monday and by Wednesday the dip nails were chipping. I knew they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. The process was missing steps and never have I ever cured them under a UV lamp. These were dip not gel. Today I look down and my nail is snapped off.
Turned out really nice, only reason I gave 4 stars is because one of the workers cut my cuticle a little and it was a little pricey, around $65. Other than that they look nice and the staff is friendly, they can be hard to understand sometimes though.
This was a last minute trip for me, and I am so glad I went. Very professional place. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted, and she delivered this stunning outcome. I travel for work, and I wish this place was closer to me. Yes, I recommend this nail shop.
i went here for my very first set of nails. Im highly disappointed the person that did mine had no patience nor did she care of how they looked. Most of mine are crooked they are different lengths. My sister went with me for a fill and color change they charged her the same price they charge me which was 50. All over I don't believe I'll be going back. I know they're not ever going to get it perfect but the first is what I wanted and the second is what I got.
