as you read thru these reviews you notice there quite a lot of complaints about the asian man who owns the store. And let me tell you the complaints are true . but that's nothing new for us black people it's just sad.
i need the store owners to realize that having a comfortable experience while shopping is just as important as how you talk to the customers. someone needs to check that man .
He will stare you down so hard it's WEIRD and he also roll his eyes at you.

the lady however (his wife im assuming) is sweet as can be. so is everyone else on the employment team. he just needs to work on that its mean and i will tell everyone i know to shop at THE BEAUTY WORLD instead. the have a WAAAAY bigger selection anyways ???? lets not spend our money with them anymore ladies. We deserve to be treated nicely and not like a thief.
This supply store has a large variety of things and it's clean and easy to find what you looking for.

They have really cool products! I bought the best lipgloss and lashes, there was a certain employee there who was really nice to me, I think her name was Kim? Really nice girl.
The prices here a pretty good and the staff is friendly and helpful. I like to go here because they usually keep everything stocked and if you can't find something the staff is helpful. This is one of the better beauty supply stores in Fayetteville.
This place is terrible. I bought an item in 2 different brands because I didn't know which one my husband wanted. The one he didn't want was never opened and literally untouched. The one he wanted was 13.99 and the one he didn't want was 8.99. I took it back to see if I could exchange it because I knew these type of stores don't really do returns. The dude tells me they can't take chemical products back due to Covid 19. First off it was an unopened box of Beigen secondly what does Covid 19 have to do with returning stuff. It's time for these businesses to stop taking advantage using the covid 19 hooplah. I will never patronize this store again, I'll drive clear across town before I step foot back in those doors. Be careful if you decide to buy from them otherwise I would say don't, don't, don't do business with them.
These people are amazing! Impeccable customer service and they go above and beyond to help. They didn't have the hair in the color I needed, so not only did she give me a discount, she threw in my hair dye for free! I won't go anywhere else!
