Very disappointed, this is the bottom of my feet right after pedicure with Jenny. They use to be great, not sure what has happened. Not only was the service below par , but technician was not friendly at all. Left a review already while I was there but wanted to add pictures when I got home.
They scheduled us the wrong day after waiting for a week for the appointment. Paid way to much for a pedicure. She basically took little skin of heals. Massaged legs and feet cleaned toe nails and painted toe nails. Not given a real spa pedicure getting all dead skin off heals toes or any toe nail in growns. Will not go back. Blind and incompetent.
I’ve frequented joy nails for my pedicures for years now. I’ve been seeing Columbia pretty regularly! Her massages are incredible and attention to detail is amazing. Highly recommend.
Have been going for years but lately staff have not been very welcoming and gel polish chips after one week.
Everyone is so nice and they give the best shoulder massages with your manicures. The issue is, for some reason, every time I go here my gel mani peels off after a week. They don’t have a big selection of gel colors and have the strangest shows on tv (NASCAR/golf). I can handle the lack of gel colors and strange tv shows but the gel manicures never lasting more than a week makes it tough to go back.
